We used Marguerite’s Catering for a three day conference at UNC. We cannot help but sing praises for Chef Anderson. From the moment of consultation all the way until the last tray was put out on the last day— Chef was beyond kind, professional and prepared. In the consultation and leading up to the event, Chef was extremely flexible, knowledgeable and came up with options to cater to our exact needs. We ordered continental breakfast for 75 people for 3 days, Boxed Lunches for 2 days, a reception with heavy apps and a full meal picnic for 150 people. Chef took care of everything, always had extras, was timely and great with communication. It should go without saying but the food was BOMB! The attention to detail was great to see, even down to multiple flavored creamers for our coffee station, and Chef even added vegan options last minute after we realized we did not request enough. Everything was delicious, ready to serve and we received compliments all weekend. But the best part was working with someone like Chef Anderson. As a coordinator I’m always working with vendors and this is by far one of the best vendor interactions I’ve ever had. We will certainly be using Marguerite’s Catering again!

The food is wonderful, this year we got the glazed salmon and it was absolutely delicious..it came with tasty sides, bread, butter, napkins, plates and even a dessert.
