At this time it was great only because the particular manager is awesome, but that is not always the case this one was the evening shift but I've had the daytime managers 2 different ones act very unprofessional,were rude & racist

Hit or miss on quality. Employee was cursing loudly in the lobby. Glad there were no children around. They forgot my fries on a tableside order and then asked me if I was sure I didn't get any fries.

Its mcdonalds you already know what to expect the Service leaves a bit to be desired and the area can have a lot of panhandlers.

I attempted to use the kiosk to place an order the kiosk glitched so the worker ended my order and assured me her manager would fix it at the register. Instead the manager told me I would just have to wait 15 mins to place it again because I was using a code for the app. Leaving my 1 year old to cry about the fries we had come in to order.

Of course this location is always busy in the mornings. The drive-thru is usually where people choose to order their food, so I went inside. I ordered my food at the kiosk so no one would have to stop and come over to get my order, but I still had to pay. Ms. Karena, is an employee there, not only did she come over to help me but she also recognized that by changing my order I could save some money, a $1.50 at that, heck yes! Then on the way to my entire frappe in the car seat without complaining or asking questions she made me a new one on the spot so that I could be on my way to drop my kids off at school. She really is a team player and star at the Guess road location. Thanks again miss Karena!!!

Woo Woo

Was in drive thru for eveeeeeer and i only ordered a coffee. Which was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had!! I don't know if the coffee-to-water ratio was equivalent but it was awful! I waste of my money. This is why u need to check reviews of a business before u go! They will NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!

Don't order for curbside- did twice- & I think they forget about it.

Waited over 15 minutes for a plain large bacon cheeseburger meal and a 6 piece kids meal that I specifically asked for a Boo Bucket for.
I was given a normal kids meal box and when I asked about the bucket they said they were out. They asked if I wanted a refund or something since I didn’t want it without the bucket. Was told I could come back the next day since their truck comes than and the girl would be in but that no refunds could be issued. I was specifically ordering it for the boo bucket.

They failed to give me my drink so I went back inside and overheard them talking about the situation and the other employee made a noise like a sarcastic chuckle about the situation regarding the bucket.

Needless to say, I could have overlooked everything up until the point I heard the reaction from the other employee inside. It isn’t my fault that they failed to communicate that the buckets were out prior to letting me pay and than waiting over 15 minutes. I’m not the one that forgot to hand over my drink. I also know that refunds can be done, they’ve given them before.

On top of all this, all my food was cold by the time I got it except the cookies, which is what I’m guessing the holdup was for.

If you want prompt courteous service from a fast food location, this is not one to get it at.
