Everytime I order something from here it’s always WRONG! They don’t care about the quality of the food. They’ll give you fries that sit in grease all day, hard buns for the burgers and hard nuggets. I would give this location -1 star if I could.

My food was cold. I’m not talking about was hot then got warm. I’m talking about it tasted like it had been sitting out under a warmer. The bun was hard, meat was overcooked. This location sucks!

I go here often since its by my job, staff always so nice, but today the app was messing up and the woman at the window took a few min to actually help and got my order processed, I think her name was Rafiza? (Sorry if I got it wrong) but big shout out to her, she was so polite & helpful, 10/10 customer service, give her a raise

This guess road McDonald's is sorry. The workers have no pride in their work. My bacon quarter pounder had no bacon. And my nuggets were missing. I ordered thru uber eats. This is not my first negative run in with this particular McDonald's, but it will be my last

We ordered curbside. Not only did it take forever but the person bringing the food walked so slowly across the parking lot that you could tell that they would literally rather be anywhere else but there. He was more concerned with putting a vest on(which he never got on and ended up taking off again anyways)than making sure our bag wasn't ripped to pieces or making sure we got our food quickly. They forgot several things so I had to go inside. Walk in and it looked like a homeless campground. Lady had bags all over the tables and floor just strown about in no particular fashion as if it were her home and not a public restaurant. The store was nasty, stuff was all over the floor, trash, bits of food and sticky stuff. The workers were clueless. I stood there for a few minutes and one of the workers just kept staring instead of asking if I needed anything. I finally just called out to anyone who would listen and finally got help and even then they acted like it was my fault they forgot my items. I see now why at 6pm and being right off the highway why it was deadville in there. They clearly don't give a crap if they are employed or not. Or maybe they just allow it because the company/owners keep letting it happen. Won't go back. Will drive somewhere else.

Went through the drive-thru and the cashier kept talking over me and interrupting me. She asked me four times if I wanted a meal and I kept trying to tell her no. All I wanted was an egg and cheese biscuit and an orange juice. Instead I got a sausage biscuit and I'm a vegetarian so needless to say, I'm not happy.

Charging 50 cents for extra sauces when they literally only put one sauce for a 20 piece nugget is diabolical. Service is okay, but come on now.
