Ordered my food in the App and it was a small order and did curbside. After 20 minutes, I went inside and they said their system was down. No apologies, just horrible attitudes and bad customer service. Highly recommend going to another McDonalds.

The manager of this location on the Night Shift of January 28 he is very rude, very unprofessional, disrespect veterans and should not be allowed to work there. The employees are just as rude as he is, and I can see why I have placed a call to the owner. And will be posting on the Better Business Bureau.. I do not recommend a store. I never have and never will. The staff is rude. I don’t care if you go day or night, but you get what you pay for in your employees

I ordered chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich, the nuggets were cold as ice, and the chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it was picked up from the floor cooked a second time and served to me. I wasted 11$ there and I wished I could have put no stars because they don't deserve not even a half of a star! They both were rude, did not say a word to me but carried on a conversation with the people in front of me, needless to say I'll NEVER go back! Idc if I'm starving and they were there to save my life because no other food place was around, I would rather die than go back to that DUMP! ***Update on 09/09/2024 *** It's been a couple of years since I was last here, I decided to give this place one more try, I went in to order at the kiosk, I said that my food was for '' here'' it tells me to pick a number so I chose 4 , I sat down the number and went to wash my hands , I decided to get my cup because I just got off of work at the hospital and I was thirsty, no one ever greeted me , just handed my food in a to go bag ,asked if I needed any ketchup and handed me my food . She didn't say '' have a nice day '' nothing! Mind you my food was a dine in , no greeting no nothing. Biscuit didn't taste that good . I will go to Hardee's for now on. I get way more food for $1.50 less as well. I'm never coming here again and I mean that this time. I added my picture of my number 4 on the table. I'm photos , not sure why I'm unable to add to my review.

I had a door dash order. I arrived at 7:15am to pick up the order. I was completely ignored until 7:20 & then I still had to wait until 7:26 to get the delivery order. The staff here was only focused on drive thru. Front counter service is awful.

Latina women rude and shouldn’t get an attitude because your headset doesn’t work. I was being nice about it, but you wouldn’t even let me talk and charge me for I don’t know what and didn’t give me a receipt. What kind of service is that and you look like a head manager do better service than even get attitude, and I work at a restaurant
