Edit: While I appreciate the corporate approved response from the business, I am unable to use the provided response route because I NEVER GOT ANY FOOD.
Stopped on the way home from the airport with a very hungry traveler. Arrived at 10:30PM. Drove past two employees standing outside with a couple friends playing music on a bluetooth speaker and smoking, who looked at me like I was definitely in the wrong neighborhood. Decided to do drive thru lane, waited at speaker for 2 minutes, no answer. Nothing. Drove around to window where there were two cars already waiting. Two cars stacked in the drive thru at 10:30 PM on a Thursday. One person working. Needless to say we got no food. Will not go back to this McDonald's. It was a last ditch effort because they were open but next time I won't bother.

Last week i stopped by the drive thru , and i saw the manager being so disrespectful to a young lady , the lady was doing her job , but thats not a way to talk to your workers, if i can remember the name of the manager i would put it but honestly i dont all i know its a Hispanic manger.
Regularly forget food and mix up items. Slways forget sauces. And when there is an issue with a mobile order, they are completely unacceptable.
Owner/feedback number is unreachable.
Will drive an extra 5 min to the next McDonald from now on.

Y'all be having 10 workers in here on a Sunday and pull me for a frappe and then leave me sitting out here for 5 minutes and then had to come in and get my drink
Idk who out here taking orders in the drive through but yall gotta stop rushing people when we are giving you our order. Literally any time of day. Morning, afternoon, night. Any time. Food is okay for a McDonald's i mean you get what you pay for so not many complaints there.

idk who was working the drive thru taking orders at 6:30 on Monday, July 28th, but they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. i placed a mobile order in and got in the second line and three orders from the first line were taken before i was even acknowledged. when i was finally acknowledged the man spoke with zero customer service and was clearly annoyed and raised his voice at me when he couldn’t hear the mobile order code. i was then asked to pull into a spot which i then waited for my food for another 10 minutes and when they brought it out they forgot half of my food so then i had to go in to request the rest of my order. what’s the point of placing a mobile order in the drive thru if i have to go in anyways? won’t be going back for a while due to the horrible customer service i experienced. so frustrating.

Took the order wrong even after clearly repeating twice, billed me for spmething different, gave me the wrong order at the window. Empolyee went back and gave me a different order which was still totally wrong. Went home, threw iy in the trash. Called the store and the person that answered the phone was only interested in telling me why it wasn't their fault. Total waste of time to let them know what happened. Guess that's why this happens all the time because no one is concerned about fixing the problem. Highly recommend eating someplace else, save yourself the aggravation.

We got the right food but the drinks was messed up. My sister ordered a large Dr Pepper but got a medium one and a large Fanta that we didn’t order.
I would never eat at this location again i was getting my daughter lunch around 230 I did mobile to eat i was in the lobby patiently waiting some of the employees was cursing and complaining about customer in drive through remind you it's like 15 minutes past my food was not on the counter so I look at was just sitting getting cold I had to ask two employees was it my food they was rude had a attitude all because i ask was it my food behide the counter my food was very cold and my daughter said it was nasty so long story short cook at home guys and don't eat at the location.
