However, the Male Hispanic Cashier had a problem counting the Money. I waited patiently and being a former teacher, told him how he could make things easier. He thanked me and told me that he thought he was doing it wrong. I assured him he was not. The staff was very professional and the restaurant was extremely clean.

Prices are about 20% higher than the average MCD in the area. The staff is rude. I mean RUDE. I asked about my order and I was running late. They completely ignored me. When my order was finally ready she just threw it on the counter without a word a walked away.

Please find a different location if you want some of this crap food.

Made an app order one night, but when I went to pick it up, store was closed for cleaning? Who knows where my order went.
This location has gotten my order wrong several times & for has been cold/hard/tasted bad. Even though it's super close to home, still never eat there.

Have been to many McDonalds but this one is the worst. Much higher prices compared to nearby McDonald’s and long wait time for the food. Sometimes the food is not well cooked. Customer service and politeness does not exist at this store. Pls avoid if you can.

Ordered for curbside pick up , waited over 15 min in parking spot , finally walked in to find my order. Order had been sitting on back counter and was cold , had to have them remake it. Just lazy as they weren't busy . Won't be going back to this location.

I ordered an egg muffin on mobile app and then I arrived for drive through. Then, everything went smoothly, the man pulled out my order and confirmed my order. I even heard the car behind me ordered a sausage muffin. Then, when I arrived the pickup window, a woman asked if I ordered sausage muffin. I said, no, I ordered the egg muffin. So, she realized she may forgot my order and asked someone to make an egg muffin for me. I think it is okay, especially when you got so many orders. Suddenly, a manager woman came to me and taught me that I should arrive before 10.30 regardless of when I placed the order. Why the.people arrived after me can order the breakfast, but I cannot even pick up my order. IS THE SAUSAGE MUFFIN BREAKFAST BUT EGG MUFFIN NOT? I should have heard a sorry word, but I actually heard a blame.

I really wish it gave you an option. To vote zero Stars this is the nastiest most disgusting this place needs to be shut down My double quarter pounder was so raw it looked like it was cooked for like a minute I asked them for hot fries and receive cold fries and it took them 10 minutes just to take my order and they gave me my ice cream before they ever even gave me my food it is the most unprofessional unclean nastiest place I've ever seen in my life and I would not even let my dog eat here

Food so cold I think they stuck it in the fridge waiting for someone unlucky enough to order it hours later.

They have you waiting for over twenty minutes for ice cold food. I went there Monday night and I was given cold food. FF taste like they have ice in them the nuggets and as cold and old I had to go back and get them to recook everything. This is terrible if I paid money for food. I expect it to be cooked. This is definitely the worse McDonald I ever been to .

Walked in to go ahead and order. My food at the counter for just about 10 minutes. While I spoke up, cause the girl in the drive through didn't even acknowledge me. She looked as soon as I asked. I asked if somebody's going to take my order. She said, it's only me. It's only me when a huge attitude. Then, she finally went to the back to grab somebody to take my order at this point. I was fed up, I walked out. Whoever the management is here needs to handle their morning people and make sure that they got the proper staffing cuz. They definitely were understaffed for a full drive through which I understand but the attitude was not necessary.
