Terrible customer service. They instructed me to cancel my own order at the window after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no answer. That gave a homeless women plenty of time to harrass me at the speaker and at the window. It’s a miracle this place has 2.8 stars. There’s a reason why the managers here refuse to give their names. And why they make the customers cancel their own orders. This place probably isn’t operating to standards. I’ve been here twice and so far, they have a 100% success rate of not giving me my food and making me leave hungry and pissed off. Honestly, they need shut this location down.

Horrible service, weekends its 24H but guess what, theres nobody attending or taking orders, this is the second time I come here and they canceled my order, she night shift manager refuses to give her name or look any solutions for my problems, my order has been cancelled twice, Please Dont come to this location!

My food was nasty and the people in drive thru couldn’t even speak English which normally isn’t a problem but they weren’t able to help me because of language barrier. They just need to shut this place down the food nasty. I thought if I came at lunch my food would be fresh but it wasn’t

Terrible service from the manager around 5 AM this morning. At the speaker, she asked for the last three numbers of my order, but the Uber Eats app hides the last two. She kept repeating, give me the last three numbers. I told her that I can't see that, and requested that she meet me at the window for me to possibly better explain. She kept repeating for me to give her the last three numbers. So I went to the window. She wouldn't come over, despite seeing me. I had to wait until the next customer arrived to pick up their order for her to come to the window. She was obviously angry. In her broken English, she said I didn't give her the last three numbers. I asked her why she wouldn't talk to me, that I was only trying to communicate the issue better. I also asked her why she was angry. She started to ask me to move. It's give her zero stars if possible. There are several McDonald's nearby. I would definitely visit a different location before willingly choosing to do business there.

Pet Palace

Rude staff bathroom says for paying customers only and is locked so you have to ask for a key. I bought a meal and they wouldn't unlock the bathroom for me. What the heck McDonald's

I dont like this mcdonalds the employees are nice and the food is sometimes good but most of the times its a really bad place it feels like everytime I go there there's always something going on there yelling and shouting and mistreatment from the manager I dont like how the managers treat their employees the managers should treat their employees better especially that one manager who yelled at an older worker its such a bad environment other than the sweet workers

I didn't end up making it in. I parked to go in as the drive through line was long. A homeless woman asked if I had any change and I gave her the little I had. She then assaulted me which I reported. I'm not posting this to hurt McDonalds as it's not their fault. Only to warn folks to be vigilant where this store is located.

Just would like to use mayo packets she said we don’t have have mayo packets I said when did y’all run out because yesterday yall did she said today we don’t have any I drove my car around and went in I order my food in the inside and guess what I ask for mayo packets who took my order in the inside and he went and got two mayo packets for me I said thank you moral of the story drive thru taker was telling a story all because I said I didn’t want to pay for them to add mayo and she was Hispanic I don’t know what was her problem but I don’t have to pay to add mayo to my burger if I don’t want to no need to lie when clearly yall had Mayo packets.
