Worst service. Can't never get your order right. Workers don't understand and are very rude. Owner should be ashame of what services employees are giving. Supervisor last night 3/1/25 should be let go. There was one black older guy and a white guy who stepped in and help. Supervisor just looked at the customers and kept helping drive thru until someone said something then she came up to start ringing people up.

Took 50-55 minutes from the time I placed the order on the kiosk to getting handed my order. Not only did it take nearly an hour, it was missing items. I’m glad I checked it before leaving. No sense of urgency. Extremely inefficient. Skip this one and go somewhere else.

I do not get my hot cake breakfast and I was also charged for an additional sausage biscuit. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt and it doesn’t work. Tried calling the phone number on Google maps 10 times and nobody picked up. Great customer service!

This restaurant need to be audited. Every time I come there I ask for fresh fries. The store refills the fries as if it’s giving me fresh fries and rhey still have stale taste after pulling off. This time they gave me nuggets that feel and taste like they have been suiting for hours, possibly days. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please audit these ppl. They do not care what they serve you as long as they can get you out the line. When you ask for fresh food, they get mad and sabatoge the whole order. This is not sanitary and against fast food protocol. They need to be reported to restaurant auditors or CEO of McDonalds, they are making ppl sick because they refuse to serve fresh food.

Location 1010 N. Miami Blvd. First of all time waitng to get to the Drive thru was about 10 minutes,person pleasant was OK waited inline to get to 2nd window10 more minutes . Get my COLD FRIES AND A ENEN COLDER FISH FILET HANDLED OUT THE WINDOW WITH A MOVE ALONG LOOK from the person.. I'm so mad at myself right now for paying 10.85 for a cold mess in a bag. Oh sorry the drink was cold..So maybe that's the new way the food should be?????? Naw ..Either do your job or stay home...
