I asked for a fish sandwich with no cheese and extra tarter sauce. They charged me $.99 for an extra squirt of tarter sauce. Disgusting. Who runs this place? Oh, and remember, I didn't get cheese.

Ask for napkins (or check your bag) before leaving the drive thru!

Stopped by on a road trip. We ordered a hot fudge sundae, a Shamrock Oreo McFlurry, and a large fry.
Pros:
*Drive thru service was fast.
*Hot fudge on sundae was a generous serving & there was some left even at the bottom ⅓ of the ice cream
*French fries were super hot, fresh, crispy; you could tell they'd just come out of the fryer

Cons:
*McFlurry was not completely blended & there were puddles of heavier green around the edges
*Not a single napkin in the bag with the fries even though we'd ordered stuff that was sticky and greasy (I'm used to having to ask if I need *extra* napkins, but I've never had to ask for the first one so didn't ask at the window. Discovered the lack of napkins five miles down the road 👎🏻)
*Fries tasted good at first when they were super hot, but as they cooled down they didn't so much--like the temperature disguised the fact that the taste was off? Idk exactly, it's not that they were BAD bad but McD's are not my favorite fries

Overall decent experience, not something that stands out as stellar but not awful either.

Good but don't get a bacon biscuit they took one strip of bacon and broke it in half but the food tastes in the quality was good if you could get more for your money would be great

This is the only McDonald's franchise that I have been to where you are charged for asking for ketchup to be added to a sandwich, or mayo or mustard things that are only requiring a squirt they are actually putting a price on it. I can see if I ask for extra nugget sauce or something like that but how can you put a price on a simple condiment such as ketchup or mustard or Mayo. They're charging for condiments that are coming out of their squeeze containers as if you're asking for a cheese or lettuce. This is the only McDonald's I see that actually does this and I feel like they're taking advantage of customers due to the fact that they're in a high volume location and also seems like to me it gives them a reason not to make fresh food because they have the option of just basically charging you extra if you don't want something or if you want to add something unlike any other location that you go to. Also their prices seem to be higher than any other McDonald's when I constantly get the same order throughout but at this McDonald's .

I had a truly disappointing experience at this McDonald's recently. I ordered ice cream online, along with other items, but when I arrived, the staff member informed me that the ice cream machine was broken. No big deal, I figured I’d ask for a refund instead. That's when the situation went downhill. The staff member called over a woman (who I believe was a manager), and she was incredibly rude from the start. She demanded I give her the card, even though I explained that it was an online order and I didn’t have a physical card with me. She continued to be dismissive and condescending, repeating herself in a rude tone.

Eventually, my sister helped me link my online payment to my digital wallet, and I handed her my phone. She then took it, returned it without saying a word, and shut the window in my face. Not once did I hear an apology for the inconvenience or the poor service. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how important it is to be polite and professional, but this experience left a really bad taste. I didn’t expect to be treated like this, and it honestly ruined my night.

Whoever “Nancy” is, she is extremely rude and needs to be fired. She has a nasty attitude and I see why she has a fast food job at 30 years old. She barely can speak English in AMERICA….. low education, classless fast food workers. I’ve had better customer service from teenagers in fast food.

Came through the drive through and ordered a McDouble $5 bag with extra mayo and a Large Tea. Drove off bit the sandwich and it had no mayonnaise. Opened my nugget box and there was 2 nuggets. I am waiting for my refund because all of the managers are in a meeting. I asked for the refund because instead of the cashier just remaking my order he accused me of eating the food. I do not have time for this.

I don't know what else to expect 😕 from McDonald's anymore. There was a time when the dining areas were clean and the service was friendly. Sadly, that's just not the case now.
