Extremely dissatisfied. I placed a counter pickup order during normal business hours. The doors were locked and I was forced to wait in a 15+ car line to enter the drive thru and get my prepaid food. The wait was nearly 30 minutes. I rushed back home and discovered my food was cold (shocker) and half my fries were missing. Go to guess rd instead. This restaurant is horribly managed and the staff appear unable to handle this store’s traffic.

Stopped by here on my way back to VA Beach. The one thing that stuck out to me the most was one of the workers named Xavier. He needs to be leading others. Xavier was friendly, attentive, and speedy. He seems to understands what makes a location successful and has made it intrinsic to who he is. Well-done Xavier. Keep up what you are doing.

Do not mobile order from this location. They stole my money. I ended up having to leave the drive thru because of an emergency. Not only did I not get my food, but they added to the order so they stole even more of my money! I called corporate multiple times and they said I’d get a call back from management of this location to resolve the issue and they never called me back.

Stood at register for about 5 min. Cashier came to register with a mouth FULLL of food . She was standing at the food prep area where they bag the food , eating. She had a sandwich and fries. Literally stuffing fries in her mouth. I could barely understand her. Food actually flew out of her mouth. Manager was standing next to her and said nothing.

Rude employee's. Hamburger or fish filled always off the bun 80% . How hard is it to put 2 items on a bun without screwing it up. They have to be doing it on purpose since everytime I stop here, it's like this.

Went this morning, just terrible service. The cashier can't take orders right - I asked for Splenda (b/c I have Diabetes Type 1) and cream for my coffee and on the side, but they gave me regular sugar already in the coffee. Then another employee gets an attitude when I tell her that that's not what I ordered. Just terrible service overall.

Went through the drive through. The person spoke clearly and was very polite. The sandwiches are shrinking, only half a pc of cheese on the fish sandwich, but the prices keep going up. Sorry to say, but for what they are charging, I can go to a sit down restaurant.

Xavier is a polite, well mannered young man handling business. He asks if you need anything or what you are waiting on. Your order is handled then, and correctly. He is an asset to this McDonald's.
Food was disgusting, burgers didn't even have melted cheese. Took forever to just waste money on nasty food that got thrown away.

Drive thru moves more quickly than most McDonalds and much faster than many other fast food brands. When dining in tables and chairs clean. Found restroom with all fixtures working. Saturday and Sunday mornings thru lunch I've observed many family's enjoying time together.Parking: Large with other free parking within 50 feet of building.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and several marked parking spaces available.
