The drive thru employee mumbled the whole time and barely wanted to take my order. I had already ordered through the app. The employee at the window had an attitude and lost my order for over 10 minutes. I asked for my fries to be remade since they were cold from the wait and she pretended to not understand what I was saying. Then she got a manager and they took my bag. Once I got home I quick realized my fries weren’t redone and cold. I don’t know what they did with it in there and I didn’t eat it I just threw it away.

They gave me an OJ and tasted like water, ask this lady don’t know her name to check and give me a new fresh OJ, and gave me the exact same juice they never changed it and it always like every time i go. I know there busy but change the OJ WHEN ITS TIME TO CHANGE SO IT DOESNT TASTE LIKE WATER DOWN JUICE!

Two stars to be generous… The employees there seemed to intentionally not take my order, mind you I was waiting a SOLID 15 minutes… not sure why, drive thru had 3 cars and no one was ahead of me. Just seem like a waste of time for "fast" food.

The workers treated us very badly and told us many things and they also smelled very bad as if they had not bathed.
This is not against the amazing ladies working here!! They were fantastic. However the young man that was there today was absolutely rude and disregarding customers. A sweet elderly lady had to ask him MULTIPLE times for her sandwiches. He gave attitude to one of his managers that was trying to teach him something that he didn't know. As I walked in he was complaining loudly and slamming the mop bucket into the closet. And closed the door with force. He has hats attached to his belt working around food. That is HIGHLY unprofessional and disgusting. I do not know his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag

Awaited this morning to place an order, stood at front register for 5min, asked cook who was working in front of register, hand gesture reply by pointing in rear , spoke zero English nor tried to notify anyone to help me. Got to point were 4 more and 2 more individuals coming in as I departed. Last time stopping at this location when in am in that area in route to my office. I wanted a frappe & now I have Starbucks, I guess the better business won!
