The slowest most incompetent McDonald’s that you can come to. The workers are slow and clearly incompetent to make an order correctly. They can never get an order right. Will always have you in drive thru for at least 10 minutes. You will give them your rewards number they will act like they didn’t get the code. But my phone will say “we’ve got your code” get to the window and there they are looking SLOW like I just didn’t give them a code! & then what makes it so bad half way through my frappe I feel something hard in my mouth and wow it’s literally a little piece of plastic. Tried calling them no answer. Unacceptable!

Ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. This comes with pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and a biscuit. Also included were 1 syrup packet, knife and fork, and 2 butter packs. I'm sure there are people in the world that don't use salt and pepper or jelly on their big breakfast but at least they could ask. I realize I could too but it was early in the morning and I was still partly asleep

Atrocious! It is a miracle to get your order correct. The lady staffing the drive thru spoke little or no English (not a problem but I would recommend not having the ESL employee at the speaker). The order was wrong....

The only reason I gave 2 is because of a couple employees who I love dearly and they work hard while others are rude& lazy, I have not gotten a order right for the past 4 times, I go all the way to Hillsborough Rd, then my foods cold before I get home, I went here every morning for 2years,NEVER AGAIN, I MADE A MISTAKE ON MOBILE ORDER AN SENT THERE SO, I CALLED 5TIMES OVER AN HOUR THEY WANT ANSWER WHICH IS FUNNY CAUSE YOU SEE EMPLOYEES ON THERE CELL PHONES IN THE BACK, Y'ALL LOST MY LITTLE $10 TO $15 A DAY HOWEVER IM SO SURE IM NOT ONLY ONE, THEY FORGOT 2 ITEMS AND I GOT TO CAR TURNED AROUND TOLD RUDE LADY SHE DIDN'T ACT LIKE SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD, THATS MESSED UP WHEN I COME ON A DAILY BASE, WHOEVER OWNS THIS STORE NEEDS TO REPLACE THESE PEOPLE OR HE WILL END UP SELLING NOBODY WANTS TO BE TALK TO LIKE A DOG THEN GET WRONG AN NASTY FOOD COME ON, OWNER LOOK AT PICS, WOULD YOU FEED YA FAMILY THIS CRAP, YEAH I SAID CRAP!!!!!
