I've ate here frequently and most of the time it's not too bad but my last two visits they dropped the ball. Ordered a double QP and they only put one patty on it, after the last time when I didn't discover this til I had driven back to work I checked at the window and surprise, they did it again. Lady asked to see the tag on it which clearly said dqp as if I had made the mistake and said "no you right".

I generally try to have a lot of respect for service workers having been a retail worker for nearly 10 years but the lack of accountability or even an apology is appalling, especially with how expensive food is these days. Needless to say I think I'll take a further drive next time I want mcd's.

Order taker at first drive-through window has a nasty ass attitude you pull up and he said what you want. Nobody asked him to clock in and come to work tonight. Something needs to be done with him. I spoke to the manager on duty and he giggled it off and said that he spoke to him before and nothing’s changed. Somebody needs to change something. It’s unacceptable for someone to be the first thing a customer hears and he’s extremely rude. Both employee and manager in charge needs to be coached and written up for the behavior.

Placed an order through the mobile app. Once I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. I watched the young lady take a sandwich that was sitting and have another young lady add extra pickles to the sandwich. The sandwich was originally without onions since there were none on the sandwich. The bottom layer of bread could not be eaten since it was toasted so hard that I had to throw it away. I did not say anything to her since there were people waiting to order and receive food. It's always something at this McDonald's, and over the years, it has went down hill. Will reconsider in the future if this is the closest restaurant. There is no reason to pay for bad service and inedible food.

Even during their busiest and most chaotic moments, when the place is packed, and everything seems hectic, they never fail to remain incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the rush, they consistently go out of their way to make sure you feel valued and cared for as a customer. It's truly impressive how they manage to maintain such a positive attitude, even when things are overwhelming. Their kindness and professionalism shine through no matter how busy they are, making each experience pleasant and memorable. You can always count on them to greet you with a smile, no matter the circumstances.

First time visiting. Service was fantastic! Ate breakfast around 10:00am. Everyone was great. Wish more places of business had these ladies attitude and work ethic. I'll be going back.

Parking: Parking is on 2 sides of the building. There's parking behind the building but I think it's shared with another business.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only seen 2 handicap parking spots. On one side and across the parking lot. There is a ramp for wheelchair

Got our drink order wrong and up charged us for water, told us we had ordered something else when it clearly said on our receipt what we ordered. Then when we asked for sauce they gave us two, to split between our three meals, and was told "Sauce is for nuggets only" had to go in and ask someone else, and he was about the only helpful one in there. And on top of all that they got our orders wrong. TLDR there's a million other McDonald's you could go to that will treat your time far better.
