Spoiled Milk... that what was in my kid's meal. I asked to speak with the manager about it, the cashier stated he was but I wasn't sure he was because of the lack of customer service or training. I explained to him that the milk wasn't expired(the expiration tag was for Jan), but most likely the staff didn't put away the cold product away fast enough and left them out for HOURS. This milk was sour and my son drank it. The gentleman just looked nonchalant like it didn't matter or simply care. I'm sure if he went through the same situation he wouldn't be nonchalant. He offered me another milk but like I explained earlier the cold products are probably tainted. Like be real, milk was the last thing I want right now. I simple left... I feel bad for how the owner let him down but not training staff and 'management' well enough.

Went to the counter to order sweet tea. I asked cashier if she can get my sweet tea from behind the counter because it looks as if someone been tampering with the tea on the floor. She had such a bad attitude. I told her im sorry to bother you but look for yourself. She rolled her eyes and went to get me tea from behind the counter because! I asked another lady was she the manager and she said yes…i stated may i speak to you. She told me she didn’t have time for me. And refused to listen to my concerns! Her attitude was as bad as the cashier. I understand why the staff think its ok to be rude and unprofessional. Never again!!

The food is okay, but the customer service is horrible. Don't go to the counter and ask for anything, they stare at you for asking. I guess this is what happens when you hire cheap labor who don't know what customer service is.
I went to the drive-thru the day before yesterday on the 22nd of September 2025. I sit there by myself with my wife and kids for 10 minutes and no one answered the intercom. And we live in High Point and work in Durham so we're in a hurry trying to get coffee and breakfast. We finally drove away. We drove by the window to the lady taking orders. She was on her cell phone. We ended up being 10 minutes late to work and didn't get breakfast. Totally unacceptable service and I go to McDonald's that same McDonald's everyday right there on Greensboro highway in High Point.
