So another day of slow service on my lunch break, I get 2 value cheese burgers fries and a drink, took them 20min to get it out to me, the ladies at the window were confused on my drink and my order, then asked me to pull forward to wait.... then after 10min of waiting they came and asked what my order was a second time... another ten minutes goes by and they had my order wrong. Gave up and just ate what they gave me. Didn't have time to go inside after the wait.

So today me and my kids try to get some McDonald's for tonight's dinner, we place our order and drive all the way home to find out we were missing a 10 pieces nuggets and a double quarter pound with just pickles and cheese, since the burger that i got had no pickles and have a lot of ketchup, so We drive back do the drive throu line again and let them know what happened so they told me to just wait at the second window and they will get it done for us after almost 20 minutes waiting without nobody coming over and talk to us about our order we decided to just walked inside and explained the situation once more they didn't even had our food ready not even started so I just told them what I need and after a couple of minutes the manager came to me and confirm my order saying 10 piece chicken nugget and a double quarter pound with just pickles and cheese, I said thank you and we walk back to the car as soon as I open the burger box It was a double quarter pound with NO CHEESE NO PICKLES!!!! with ketchup mustard and onions a completely wrong order that makes me think that nobody in that kitchen cared about the mistake and the manager didn't even try to make sure the order was correct so I walked back in one more time and asked if this looks like the burger I asked for?? Because apparently nobody at this store cares about it, and they eventually gave me the right burger and a good night, not even a sorry or a hey here is a new side of fry since you went through all this, I don't know how many people you need to get one burger right, but it looks like the right answer is an entire McDonald's kitchen and at least three tries to get it right. I wish I could do a 0 stars review
Hours say 24 hours. Went at 2:35am on 02/16/25 and worker at driver thru said “sorry for inconvenience” we are closed and will reopen at 5am. The lies and deception.

If I had the option to give 0 stars or even negative I would. The person behind the counter turned his mic off and threatened to spit in my food. He gave me my food and two sandwiches were missing. This is unacceptable. The manager just kept looking and did not intervene either and provided I was not rude to nobody. The guy either was high on something or was having a really bad day. McDonald’s needs to take action on this. I did not even take the food afraid that he might have spat in it and just left. This happened on Dec 24 2024.

As I purchased a chicken nugget meal, the cost was between $9 and $11. The cashier in the drive-through didn’t offer me a receipt and I didn’t think anything of it however, later on in the day when I was viewing my debit card purchases, I noticed he charged me $16! So now cashiers are stealing from customers too by not offering them a receipt! When I looked online to call the store, there’s no number listed. How ironic is that? I will be there first thing tomorrow and somebody better give me my money back. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT PEOPLE! You’re not even safe at McDonald’s!
