So we decided to order take-out for 11 at the last minute on a busy weekend. Figured we would give these guys a shot. They were comically patient with us despite our last-minute request and they prepared several trays of appetizers and entrees with only a couple hours of advance notice, and the food was terrific. Generous helpings that served the entire group with food left over. Salads were made with fresh greens rather than the sad, wilted lettuce we’ve come to expect at most restaurants. Lamb and chicken was excellent, and they added plenty of pita and hummus. Stuffed grape leaves were a huge hit (amongst a fussy crowd). It was a pleasant surprise to have them help us out of a jam in anticipation of the arrival of a ton of family. We’ll certainly give them repeat business (hopefully less frantic next time). Thanks, guys - you’re awesome.
We LOVE Mediterra Grill. We drive from Apex several times a month to eat here or whenever my husband has an appointment at the VA. We always schedule his appointments for an easy lunch or dinner time.

Thank you Mediterra. Your healthy menu gave me great options for my heart healthy diet.... the taboili salad was delicious and refreshing. My lamb gyro was lean and delicious and the tzadziki sauce was perfect. I will be back again soon!!

Food is so good and salads are delicious. People behind the counter are very nice and friendly.
So the flavor was pretty good but not great. I ordered a lamb shawarma but what I got was not shawarma. It was kabob or spit roasted chunks of meat. I specifically sought out restaurants that do thinly sliced lamb that was roasted on a spinning spit served in a pita - aka doner kebab, gyro or shawarma. This was big chunks of marinated lamb that had been cooked. It was not shawarma at all. I just wanted the thing I asked for and it was not it at all. It was good, it wasn't bad. It just wasn't what I asked for at all.

Third time having the absolute pleasure of enjoying the deliciousness at Mediterra Grill restaurant that’s quickly become one of my favorite spots!! Fresh Mediterranean food! One of the best Greek salads, fruit salads and Gyro wraps ever!!! Portion servings are really good for the money you’re paying. I had the lamb kabob platter once but my fav is the Gyro w/Greek Salad. I can’t move past this dish to try anything else but eventually I will. They provide so many more dishes. They have seamless ordering with in and out pickup. Very good service as I appreciate being greeted pleasantly and with blessings when leaving.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the front of building as well as in the garage behind the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple slopes for wheelchair accessibility leading from the parking lot and there are no steps into the restaurant. Feel free to park in the front or the garage it’s leveled.
