I've been to this location twice. First time, it wasn't crowded and everything was perfect. The second time, there was a baseball game, so it was crowded. They told us the wait would be 45 min to an hour, so we went to explore things nearby, only to get a text 12 minutes later and have to rush back. They made me the wrong pizza, but they fixed the mistake and we still made it to our show at DPAC on time.

As we were sat party of 3 in a booth half chairs. I noticed a lot of the tables were not clean and we got drinks and as we sat gnat started to fly all over us the server never came back to the table had to speak with the rude host that was sitting while I can to the check out just a over all day Experience I will be calling to health department

I ordered the Cloud 9 wings (which i think are being removed from the menu) and a Greek salad. They both were delicious and great portions. The server, Alana, was Excellent! She made sure I had everything I needed and checked on me often. Highly recommend!

We got seated outside by the hostess very quickly, and waited for the server. We watched as a server cleared off other tables outside, but never came to take even drink orders.
I love Mellow Mushroom but I have never been ignored for 30 minutes at a restaurant. We just got up and left.

I am diabetic, trying very hard not to be insulin dependent. So I know how many carbs I can safely eat per meal. I was so excited to go to Mellow Mushroom and order a small thin-crust pizza, knowing I can have two slices! Big treat for me! But no. The thin crust pizza that arrived was not remotely thin crust. They took it off the bill, but did not offer to re-make the pie I ordered. So we paid and left. Ordered me a Domino's thin crust pizza, which I will eat at home while my partner re-heats his Mellow Mushroom pizza. So much for my much anticipated special treat.

Waited 25mins for a 10inch pizza watching orders after us get served and to ask for an update and told just about 6-7 mins longer and see kitchen staff confused. It was obvious they skipped our order. Very disappointed. Service amazing. Food idk cause we didn’t get it.
Mellow Mushroom is always a great place to eat! The food was delicious as usual, and our favorite is always the Merry Prankster. The only downside was that our server wasn’t very friendly — but that sadly seems to be common these days. If you’re planning to go before a Durham Bulls game, I highly suggest stopping in around 4–4:30 to avoid a wait time. Overall, still a solid spot for good pizza and a fun atmosphere.

First All Leean my server was so sweet with style. I didn’t have to read the menu she gave me the goods on everything. My kids enjoyed her energy. The wings were amazing. Pizza was good. The music is my type of style. It wasn’t too expensive. The booths was a vibe. I loved this place.

Unique pizza and taste. I enjoy their thin crust a lot. The service was very slow but she was excellent at keeping my drink replenished. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant had inside and outdoor seating. The location is next to the Durham Bulls Ballpark.
