My first time staying in Durham and I thought I’d give this place a try, since it was the only place open after 9pm.Zack gave me a brief rundown on what was going on and I made my selection. His customer service skills were on point and I noticed the place was clean stocked well.I would visit this location again if I ever visited the area.

I was with Auburn R (pictured) when we had a lovely froyo experience. The employee present was so accommodating! Someone raised him right!!

this was the best froyo experience of my life. the workers were so accommodating and shout out to Geo (we think that is his name but are not positive) because he was the best. Menchie's made me thankful that I opted for froyo saturday night instead of a night out on the town

Have to be honest.I'm extremely disappointed in how this place is run. I think we will take our business to (sweet frogs).We called this munchies location at (9pm) on a Friday night. BTW, they close at 11:00 pmWe were told over the phone. By a guy who had a bit of an attitude. That the machines have already been cleaned. Minus chocolate and vanilla and two other flavors. We don't know who owns this place. But, this is absolutely poor operations on the management. Really? You break down machines at 9 pm on a weekend night when you are to close at 11:00 pm?

My favorite location in all of the Triangle! They always have a clean facility, great customer service, well stocked toppings, and flavorssss! I’ve been going to this location for at least two years and they remain consistent.

My husband and I recently started going here often. I love the non dairy options which there are plenty. I normally try a different one each time. I've tried blue raspberry, pomegranate, and a few others. I'm still waiting on the pineapple one! My husband likes to keep it basic and get the vanilla and load it with toppings. They have a ton of toppings here to go along with the many flavors. From fresh fruits like berries and kiwi, to cookie and candy pieces and all the icecream toppings like caramel and nuts. I love this location because it's bright and fun. It feels like a fun summer's day when you go in. This is the perfect hot day treat. It can get costly if you put too many toppings on so definitely keep that in mind. But it's always nice to splurge every once in a while!
