The waiter suggested the tamales which I ordered. They were light and tasty. The chicken one was topped with a tomatillo salsa which was not too spicy. The brisket tamale was topped with a Colorado sauce and both were drizzled with crema. They were unwrapped sitting on a bed of citrusy green rice. The brisket was a little muted in the sauce, but overall, it was a good recommendation.
Wow. All aspects of this restaurant knock it out of the park. Walk in to a beautiful, inviting interior, check the menu to see amazingly affordable prices (for what you get) and unique variety of menu options. The hot elote dip appetizer was one of a kind, and their chips are special too, they seemed freshly made.
