I made the mistake of ordering ice cream while someone picked out chocolates for a gift. The flavor and texture made it clear it had been sitting in that freezer for a LONG time, at least a year or more. That degree of freezer burn doesn't happen overnight. For me of all people to throw away ice cream you know it must be really bad!
Maybe there just isn't much demand, but in that case don't put it on the menu. It makes me worry about how much else on display is way past its prime and kept for appearances only.
I had the best Americano I have ever had, and even though I'm not big on chocolate, every single thing I have tried there has made me realize I just haven't had really good chocolate very often. They have playful combinations of flavors, beautiful presentation, and everything is made to perfection. One of my new to me favorite places in the Triangle, Miel is a must visit.
Very kind owner and super tasty coffee and treats! A wonderful quick pick me up!

Excellent place to find a handcrafted artisan gift. I ordered macaron, Bon bon, and petite tarte. The peach tarts had an excellent filling - the tart shell was undercooked. The pear tarts were traditional in flavor but lacking in texture as well. The macaron had excellent flavor and was perfect size and color. You can tell they are especially good at bonbon, chocolate truffles, and macaron. The woman who runs the place is an excellent conversationalist and creates a small home feel. I was so looking forward to a French bakery in North Carolina, and I was happy to have found her spot. The chocolates are exceptional and handcrafted, and each one has a unique and pungent flavor. In total, with one box chocolate, one box macaron, and both pies, I spent $75.
Parking: The building is Ada accessible, although there are lots of seating to navigate through in the front door

Miel knows how to make some doggone chocolate, let me tell you. I should’ve taken a picture of the art, but here’s a picture of the aftermath. The chocolates are laid out really clearly in the case, so you can pick out exactly which ones will spark the joy that you need (including ginger bon bons? Come on!)We didn’t try the macarons but that’s for next time.

Place looks cute but cappuccino tastes more as a latte. Also received not too friendly service.

Please update your times as We drove from Greensboro and showed up at 6pm on a Tuesday and you were closed ?I look forward to trying your desserts
Odd experience, lady at the counter was incredibly rude. She clearly didn't want us there and wouldn't tell me how to buy a loaf of bread, even though they have it on display. She made a snarky comment about the price of a candy my nephew picked out. However, she quickly corrected her attitude when I payed with an Amex, go figure. Won't be recommending.. Anyone looking for good customer service from an actual French family, head to The French Corner Bakery on N. Point Dr. They're incredibly friendly, and a true authentic French bakery.

This bakery gives you a fairy tale feeling with the sugary aroma. There were so many treats that I went every day of my trip. Take your time; look and ask about their offerings. I had the macarons, and they were phenomenal! The ham and cheese croissant was amazing. My favorite item was the maple bourbon tartlet. I'd recommend getting desert here versus other places in the area.
