Love the milk tea here and the staff are delightful and patient. I love the oolong and Thai green especially, but one of my favorite features is the caffeine free menu, I can always grab my kids a quick boba drink after a long day without having to worry about them bouncing off the walls.

This place isn't nearly as cool as the people working there seem to think it is. Service was below sub-par. My drink wasn't even prepared as ordered. Probably not going back, TBH

I placed an online order. When I walked in, I saw that my drink was ready so I went to pick it up. I had also ordered a rolled ice cream but didn't realize that they already had it ready and put it in the fridge. No one communicated that to me when I went in to pick up my drink.There were three workers when I walked in and only two customers sitting on the side. My 4yo son and my 9mo old daughter waited about 20 min. I thought it was strange that people that came after me had their ice cream ready so I went up and asked. Apparently it had been ready all this time. The lack of communication and customer service would make me not want to come back.

So I came here for boba and got the best ice cream I have had in like a long time. I got some for me and my little and they really make it look like a magical treat!! Meg was awesome I told her that one was for my daughter and she put topping on there that she would like. Thank you so much for amazing service.

Milk tea tasted different really based on the person who make them. The one I got today basically tasted like water. I used to think MilkLab was the best milk tea in town. Turned out your employees Don’t follow recipes when there are lines of people, disappointed

I walked in to a really friendly greeting! I was informed of the wait time for my order and comfortably waited with my sister, some nice tunes playing in the background. The birthday cake ice cream and Thai milk tea with boba were Awesome!!Generally, loved it!❤️
