The staff were nice and the store was clean. But the pearls were way overcooked and mushy. Will probably come back to try the ice cream or get a drink with jelly, but very disappointed about the boba.

Love the milk tea here and the staff are delightful and patient. I love the oolong and Thai green especially, but one of my favorite features is the caffeine free menu, I can always grab my kids a quick boba drink after a long day without having to worry about them bouncing off the walls.

I placed an online order. When I walked in, I saw that my drink was ready so I went to pick it up. I had also ordered a rolled ice cream but didn't realize that they already had it ready and put it in the fridge. No one communicated that to me when I went in to pick up my drink.There were three workers when I walked in and only two customers sitting on the side. My 4yo son and my 9mo old daughter waited about 20 min. I thought it was strange that people that came after me had their ice cream ready so I went up and asked. Apparently it had been ready all this time. The lack of communication and customer service would make me not want to come back.
