Great service, pretty good drink! I got a taro latte with oatmilk and the flavor was good, but there was an odd bit of texture here and there of something not blended enough. Boba was just a tad overcooked for me. I’d come again, though. The employees were very friendly and conversational.

My daughter had some boba here and loved it! I'm not really a boba drinker (yet, maybe?) But I got the Lemon Lime Tea with lychee fruit and it was UH MAZING. Our cashier was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. We aren't natives to Durham but the next time we are in town we may have to stop by again. Maybe next time I'll try the Rainbow Fresh Fruit tea

Went to eat here with the family, unfortunately, we came during a busy time. We did however enjoy talking with the staff, and the atmosphere. The staff was so kind to my daughter and words can't explain how much that means me.

Person working there seemed bothered that we were ordering anything. First thing I ordered she said, "we're out of strawberry puree" - what does that mean? "Sorry, we can't make that drink today" would be better! Then we tried to adjust the sweetness on another and were told that's not possible. It just felt like her answer to everything was "no" and that she was bothered by our presence.No thank you for ordering or anything, but we did manage to order and get our drinks.The boba were also soggy - not what I expect from my experience at other Milklab locations.

Horrible customer service. The person who took my order didn’t say a word as I stood in front of them to order, even when I said hi. My friend had questions about a particular milk tea/seasonal drink and all the information they had to offer was “I don’t know, it has milk in it” They were so unhelpful!
