My son and I were visiting downtown Durham for a concert at DPAC. We saw Moe's and knew we had to try it. Excellent food, fantastic service, and friendly staff. We would not hesitate to eat there again!
I had a $10 gift card, but was told it couldn't be used with the Moe's Monday special, which was $9.65. I don't understand why a gift card can't be used, as it's not like using two different discounts. It's an actual form of payment. Maybe revisit this?

Stopped in for a bite before seeing a play at the DPAC. Our food was very good as usual but a few of the servers acted like we were bothering them. We're used to getting a large scoop of chips with our order but this time we each got about 10 chips. When we asked for a few more, we got the typical huff and stomp over to get the chips.

Every single time I have picked up from this location there’s been something wrong or left out. It’s fine in person, but don’t order ahead. And it’s insanely overpriced compared to the same menu items at Qdoba.

I had a bowl... the food was good... but the service wasn't this day. Granted it was later in the evening but don't make folks feel rushed... dont turn the tables to the side so there is nowhere to sit..... dont take the salsa away..... aren't you open.... until you are closed?

We recently visited this location and had a great experience.. The cashier, I believe she said her name was Yulisa. She was very pleasant and friendly and spoke very sweetly to my 2 year old. Every time I go there I am hoping she is working because she is truly just so nice. Customer service is everything and when your young it’s hard to learn that with how people act towards fast food workers. But this young girl is amazing!!! The food was good and the customer service is awesome! Gooooo Yulisa …. The best cashier at Moe’s

This Mo's is a block from the Durham Bulls Stadium. We frequent it between 4 and 5:30 pm, while waiting for the Stadium to open for a home game. Food is wonderful and can suit all taste buds! Try it and you will seek Mo's out wherever you are!

Ordered a takeout box of fajitas (2 meats, 10 sides, tortillas, chips). Tortillas were far too small (they should have been one size larger), but otherwise the portions were great (a few more chips would have been welcome). The meats, BTW, were adobe chicken and steak.
