The cashier — a girl with a star on her face — was extremely rude. She threw the food at me and didn’t even offer a simple “Have a good day.” This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It left a really bad impression, and I believe she needs to be retrained on basic professionalism and customer interaction.

Food looked like it had been sitting for a long while. And one of the guys were cleaning the bar by throwing the old food that dropped on the side back in the food that was being served.
They have burritos. The burritos are cheap on Monday and cheaper on Wednesday. You can eat the burritos after you buy them. Burrito.

Got the nachos solely bc I wanted queso. I had ordered online & didn't think to open anything up until I got back to my office at work...zero queso. Not a drop. Despite the receipt having a specific line item that said "queso included." Salsa was also missing and protein had no flavor.
Hands down the worst, most unfortunate nachos I've ever had.

Always amazing! I always receive the warm Moe's greeting. The staff answers my questions/is patient when I want to try something new and not just repeat my standard mobile order. I love the app and the deals. Very affordable and good portions... Bonus: have you seen their most recent health score?!?
