The cashier — a girl with a star on her face — was extremely rude. She threw the food at me and didn’t even offer a simple “Have a good day.” This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It left a really bad impression, and I believe she needs to be retrained on basic professionalism and customer interaction.

Got charged 19.32$ for a HW burrito and the smallest size drink, random upcharge for no reason? not worth making a scene because it was busy.

Food looked like it had been sitting for a long while. And one of the guys were cleaning the bar by throwing the old food that dropped on the side back in the food that was being served.
