I was gifted a gift card, so I wanted to check this place out. I was excited to see it was Black-owned.
I ordered chili cheese fries and BBQ chicken ranch. Maybe we came on the wrong day; it was not good at all. Dry and hard. I should have known. When I walked in, I was trying to get help; only one person was on the clock, and it was hard to get her attention. She was sweet and helped me.

The food is excellent and plentiful... There's absolutely NO WAY you could ever leave hungry!! Plate was made to perfection!
Parking: Free 2 hour parking right behind the venue on W Peabody. Maybe one block walk. And if you make a right at the end of West Peabody from W Main St. there's cheap paid parking that's well lit and nicely paved.

The loaded fries are truly loaded. The fries are made to order and fresh. We had the Philly Cheese Steak Fries and Honey Garlic and Steak Fries. You receive a great portion of fries, which are seasoned well and the fried to the perfect temperature.

There are only 3 places to sit and eat in the entire place, so I guess the intent is for folks to get their food and go. The food was good, just overpriced. You have to place your order at a touch screen kiosk, and they still ask for a tip when paying, which is bump. Who am I tipping?

First there is no parking available, second no seating, and no service as in no cashier and then they got our orders wrong and of course we didn’t realize until we’re back at work. Worst of all the fries were cold and not fresh…18.00 a plate you expect the food to be fresh. We will not be back!
Sasiyyah Williams contacted me about our issues and has offered to correct the issue so I am going to take her up on her offer. She seems like a very nice person and is concerned about her reputation and our bad experience. See you soon
