My first experience at Mr. Fries was great, customer service was quick and friendly. Having the options to see pictures on the menu made choosing what I wanted to eat way easier! Those mambo tenders did not disappoint!!

The prices were ridiculous along with the prices being ridiculous. The service was terrible. I have tasted the food before and it was great however, once I placed my order, I couldn’t pay in cash, which is also terrible. I was asked to place my own order as opposed to the person standing doing nothing because they had zero customers actually take my order altogether just bad experience. I’ll never go there again $31 for a small fry with small pieces of steak and some sauce is ridiculous. I would’ve paid it because I was hungry, but then I couldn’t even do that. I’m sure they’ll be close soon

Mr. Fries Man in Downtown Durham is, in my opinion, a hidden gem given how few people seem to know about it. I ordered the Junior Chicken Parm Fries and was not disappointed — the food was fresh, the staff kind, and the location clean. I look forward to coming back whenever I get the chance.

My food was cold it was smalll it was not loaded at all , I spent 25 dollars in total for some fry plate size of my palm. They were soggy and greasy and reminded of a cheap fast food place called Wendy’s I haven’t ate there in two years bc of how stale soggy and old looking their fries get. I will not be ordering or getting food from this place again I’m dissatisfied my order and disappointed by my expectations I heard so highly of this place now I’m forced to eat cold fries bc I spent my hard working money on this

The food is great! A bit over priced in my opinion. I liked that they allowed me to try the sauce before adding it to my fries. I didn’t like that they don’t allow you to remove specific items, as I don’t eat meat so it cost more to have plain fries and add item by item. Not sure if id come back for that reason alone. Not really the best place to done in. 2 benches and a few stools at a window table

I just ordered this from Mr. Fries in Durham. I ordered the chicken bacon Parmesan fry box and they sent me an undercooked potato and the chicken was fried hard enough to chip my tooth. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anytime soon.
