I don’t eat Chinese food from anywhere else except Neo China but as of today, I will not be eating here anymore. I placed a pickup for lunch at 1:22 pm and my order was not ready for over an hour because they had a party of 12 come in after my order was placed but they decided to fix their food before fixing me. I was an hour late coming back from lunch and when I got back to work and tried to eat my good, it was terrible. Not only mine but my coworker's as well. I’m not sure what has happened but I don’t believe the same cook is there. Everything including the egg roll was horrible. I will not be returning.

I just ordered a stuffed shrimp it was very smelly not fresh at all.
I've been shopping around for good Chinese takeout, and this place is SO MUCH BETTER than others in the area. If you like actual meat and not skin and scraps, do yourself a favor and try neo china.

It was my brother's birthday and I wanted to take him to a nice sit down Asian restaurant. I truly regret bringing him here.
The menu choices, the food, the service, everything together made this a bad experience. the menu was just... Underwhelming.
The service was unprofessional and inattentive (even though we were the only ones there!)
The food was just ok. I went expecting more and was disappointed when I saw their menu.
I feel as if the restaurant is just "trying" to be upscale-like, but it fails miserably. It feels tacky.
I really tried to enjoy my experience, but just thinking back on it I kinda wish I wouldn't have spent my money here.

Two stars only bc the bartender/host was nice and the food came out quick. I ordered steamed dumplings and cashew chicken no squash to go. The dumplings were terrible. Instead of using traditional wrappers, it’s like they used the thick dough you might use to make chicken n dumplings thus producing a mushy thick dumpling much like pastry. The cashew chicken had no flavor and the best tasting thing was the mushrooms, also I had zucchini which is squash after asking for no squash. I barely ate any of my meal and just threw it away. Couldn’t try the egg roll bc the sauce from the entree got all over the bag and I can’t get my work clothes messy.
I was disappointed when they closed Neo-China in Raleigh, but was pleasantly surprised to locate one in Durham. The food was great and the service was too! I will be back again, especially to get the shrimp stuffed rolls. Hopefully, they will not close any time soon.

My 1st choice for Chinese in the Triangle area! Family owned, authentic ingredients and dishes prepared with great care and intention. Beautiful dining room and the services is impeccable. A true hidden gem and highly recommended!

Went there for lunch and food was horrible. I use to enjoy this place a lot, always got the chicken, shrimp with broccoli. Worst I’ve ever tasted. Do they have new owners or a new cook? The food was horrible, even the egg roll. I will not go back again.

I’ve been eating at the Neo China and Neo Asia places for over 25 years. It is by far the best food, forget it being Chinese, the food is amazing. Try the Hunan Chicken. Spicy if you are brave. The gravy is amazing I say!!
