The food was good honestly the best orange chicken I had in a long time. It was super clean and bright big windows. Would come again good food fair price!

Is New Top's China gourmet? No. Is the ambiance that of fine dining? Of course not. And if you order over the phone, don't be put off by the speaker's brief responses. But if you're looking for a cheap, delicious American Chinese takeout meal? Then this is the place for you. My favorite no-nonsense joint in the area. Lunch and dinner combos ($7 and $9 for entree and fried rice + eggroll) are great deals and they always load me up. Food's fresh, fried chicken dishes (sesame, general tso's, etc.) are always superb. Love the fried rice too. Been going here regularly as a student and will miss it dearly!

The customer service here falls noticeably short—just below what you’d expect even from a place like Park. When you walk in, there’s barely any greeting, and if you do get acknowledged, it often comes with attitude just for trying to place a normal order. I also witnessed something really disappointing: a group of Black customers was dismissed simply for asking if they could use tap-to-pay, even though the card reader does support it—I’ve used it myself in the past. The way the staff treated them felt racially biased and unwelcoming.

As for the food, I ordered the chicken fried rice, and the chicken was awful. It had the texture of soggy tofu—no crispiness, no flavor, just fatty and unappetizing. I ended up throwing it all away. Safe to say, this was my last visit.

Absolutely the best General Chicken I have ever had. The sauce was more authentic and the chicken was not overly breaded. Was a little disappointed in the hot and sour soup. I'm always on the lookout for the best there is. This one was fair. It's vegetarian. So the depth of flavor was lacking. But I will be back for the Gen. Chicken!

Best Prices Hands Down

Ate lunch at New Top — noon, not busy — had shrimp egg foo yung w pork-fried rice and egg roll. Food promptly cooked and quite tasty. Staff speaks English poorly, so extra time needed to assure good communication. I will return next month for another meal at New Top.

I had a very disappointing experience with this establishment. The customer service was extremely lacking and staff was very rude. I stopped by on my lunch break to order food and was met with unacceptable service and behavior from the staff. When my order was packed it was almost thrown at me and when asked for sauce the staff got upset and also throw it in the bag and slid it back to me aggressively. I will not be returning. Very disappointing!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just left there from grabbing chicken wings (it’s my 2nd time there EVER and will be my last) and the owner or whoever the male is with the glasses is rude as hell! No type of customer service. 0 stars, DO NOT GO HERE.

It's my second time ordering lunch and I love it, food it's fresh and hot, it's a good quantity and the price is great ❤️

The food is good however, the service and customer service has a lot to be desire. The cashiers usually male are very condescending and belowering. I have two occasions:

Once, my wife called in and placed an order and when I came in, i gave him my phone number and he stated that there was no order under that number and maybe I place the order somewhere else. I called my wife to verify and she stated that this was the correct place. He insisted that there was no order with that number or name. A lady came from behind and immediately found the order. No apologies or admission that he was wrong.

The second, I not being familiar with the menu, walked in and ask for assistance. He looked at me with disgust and started talking down to me. Not knowing that I was a 24 year veteran and a retired systems engineer, only thing he seen was the color of my skin.

The staff were great but the food was truly disappointing. Onions and broccoli were raw, chicken was totally white and mushy, and everything else was seemingly cooked from frozen. Was so excited to eat here but unfortunately was super not great :/ no fortune cookies either

All the food was old. We order beef steak and fried rice. Gigantic green peppers in the steak and it tasted sour. Chewy egg rolls. Fried chicken was refried. This was a nightmare. Everything we got was terrible. You'll need to CLOSE permanently.
