Nikos is one of our go to restaurants for family celebrations. The food is always wonderful and the service is great!
One of the best lunch meals that I have ever had (and I'm kind of old and have been to a few places) - Chicken Shawarma was incredible - not even close to resembling the standard, americanized greek fast food. The chicken alone was very flavorful and perfectly spiced. Fries were equally unique and tasty. My daughter had hummus and it was top notch. We sat at the bar because we did not have reservations. Great service by the bartender. Premises were beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely make a special trip to eat here again when we are in NC.
Quaint Mediterranean restaurant that we had to try after seeing on Instagram. Food was “ok”. We had the hummus, calamari, salmon, and lamb dishes. I was expecting more out of the hummus and calamari as they both lacked in flavor. We also tried the cheesecake which looked beautiful but was also just on the “ok” range of things.
Quaint ambiance, interesting Greek dish selections, all quality ingredients and healthy.
Our experience at Nikos was outstanding! I used to go to the former Nikos years ago and loved it so. I was thrilled to learn they reopened after many years. Our server, Athena, was one of the best servers i have had in a long time. She was warm, friendly, attentive and made great reccomendations. The food was amazing, drinks were on point and it was a wonderful relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend Nikos -what a stellar experience!
Amazing food. The Greek Mac and Cheese is superb as is the Greek yogurt. Great staff. Everyone seemed very kind and prompt. Parking is a challenge and the chairs are hard wood, but the food is excellent -- tasty, good portions, and not doused with sugar or salt. Highly recommend.
Fabulous experience for brunch! We had Alex and he was very knowledge and kind, such a lovely time with family.
Excellent menu, some of the best greek food we have ever had
It was OK liked it well enough.
Wow! Without a doubt this was the best meal I've had in quite a while. Everything I had was a winner. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into creating the complex assortment of flavors in every dish and the presentation was outstanding.
I haven't been able to find Muhammara in 35 years. This dish was such a delightful combination of sweet and spicy. I ordered it without the cilantro because cilantro should not be consumed by rational humans. However, the table next to me did not make that request and it looked like something else was on it so I'm wondering if that was a typo in the menu.
I've never had Spanakopita like this before. It was served piping hot with a thin layer of spinach and a thick layer of phyllo, crispy and buttery.
The lamb kefta kabob was sooo interesting with an assortment of accompaniments and covered in pomegranate seeds. The rice had a really complex mixture of flavors that left me guessing.
Then the dessert exceeded my wildest expectations. The Galaktoboureko had baklava ice cream (who would have thought?) and crispy phyllo with vanilla custard, lemon syrup, and pistachio crumbs. OMG!!! That custard was sooo fluffy and the ice cream tasted like real ice cream - not that stabilized crap most places serve. And the ice cream was not all melted and runny despite the fact that it was served along side a hot item.
Even the service was incredible. My waitress boxed all my leftovers, keeping the items separated, and offered to keep my water bottle in the refrigerator when I wasn't using it.
I probably shouldn't have told you all this because now I'll have trouble getting a table there.

The aesthetic in this place is phenomenal. Such a great vibe. We really enjoyed the muhammara and the vegan manti. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner if you’re visiting the area.

This place was an absolutely delightful experience. My wife and I visited for our anniversary and enjoyed every aspect of the meal. We ordered one meze spread and 3 mezedes to share, which wound up being enough food, and we were only disappointed that we didn't have room for more. We were really excited about the desserts as well, and we confidently ordered their signature: Galaktoboureko. Unfortunately, they didn't have the baklava ice cream in stock, but it was still heavenly with plain vanilla.
Even more so than the food, we really enjoyed the service at Nikos. Our waiter (Isaac) was one of the best I've had anywhere. He gave us great advice throughout the meal, shared some funny stories, but was never so chatty that it felt imposing. He was really wonderful and Nikos should be grateful to have Isaac on staff!

Creative / inventive & fun dishes, wide variety of options veggie and meat, great spot for an elevated dinner with a group because most dishes are very easily shared. Has a small private dining room in the back too for dinner parties of 10-12 people.
Vegetarian options: The lentil rice cake entree is excellent and unique! And very filling.
