The owner and staff do a stand up job ensuring quality products and they always provide courteous service. Although they have amazing BLT everything is delicious and made fresh.

Full service bakery that just happens to make great sandwiches! I had the chicken curry salad on sourdough which had the right amount of curry flavor with just a little kick. Cole slaw that came with it was good, and the pickle spear had a nice crunch. I'll definitely return to try their other sandwiches, and maybe one of their soups as well!

Ninth Street Bakery Durham gets the award for most unedible roast beef sandwich ever. The bread was almost fresh, the cheese rancid, and the meat one big hunk of fat and grizzle. This delightful conglomeration only will cost you $12 of your hard earned money. In other words their food sucks. Buyer beware. Oh yes, their bubka and breads are also award winning...lol

I went there for a sandwich and I came home with the flu. They need to not have sick workers work in there.

Really enjoyed my vegetable stew and home made bread at Ninth Street Bakery! They have a large selection of loaves and baked goods to bring home too. The staff members were kind and open in order to help me to find what I wanted. They have a great outdoor patio space where you can enjoy some fresh air while you eat your food!

I brought home the French Sourdough Loaf, the Stollen and Orange Almond Biscotti, and so far have been really enjoying all of them!

Stopped in this morning before returning home. Minimal menu of coffee choices - but it was GOOD. My wife had a ham & cheese croissant, and I enjoyed a blueberry cream cheese danish. Both were delicious. We’d been to France this past spring, and my wife said the croissant was as good as anything she’d had there (and that’s saying a lot). The folks behind the counter were very pleasant.

I can’t hype this place up enough !!! Not only is the food great but the VIBEZ ARE IMMACULATE!!! I feel so at peace and calm. Being there is like stealing away to a magical little cottage in the woods . Every time I’m there I fall more in love with the space . The owners and employees always give the best energy.

There’s amazing owners recently met Ari he’s a king , iris is a sweet heart, you’ve got the prince of the palace wesley and all the other stars of the bakery who really bring the magic. 1000 out of 10 recommend!!!!!

Please do not try to sell me a three day old baguette on a sunny Sunday morning and act like it's perfectly acceptable.
The moment the employee handed me the limp bread I knew something was terribly wrong: it had the texture of these foam swimming pool noodles. It turned out it was baked on Friday.
You know it is wrong.

I haven't gone into the physical location but I've gotten their breads and pastries a few times at the farmers market. Really mediocre and the bread molds very quickly.
