I been to this places before, first impression front guy at the register i assume is the manager, his face just says Nasty Attitude! Cant even greet people upon arriving! He was on his phone the only thing he said is ! ILL BE WITH YOU! We just standing there infront of him and doesnt even say your ready he just staring at his phone!! Love the phone but wont come back to this place!! When you work in the food industry try to greet customers with a smile not a grumpy face as to why im here! This guys just opened a cleaner container next to food abd utinsels which he dropped on the table probably splashed in the utinsels and food around it!! Yup im sorry but wont come back to this place!!

I promise this is by far the worst service. They’re cursing and talking bout some guy who doing this and that with other women and then talking about other customers. My potstickers were cold and when asked to reheat the manager was nice about it but the cook rolled her eyes. The manager said that’s not the noodles way and they were soooo loud with their conversation. I wish my husband didn’t pay so i could of walked out.

I would give this place no stars if i could!!!! It’s the driest over cooked noodles i’ve ever eaten. I got the butter parm noodles with chicken!! 3 little peices of chicken!!!! Did not get the lemon broccoli i ordered. Did not get the rice krispy treats i ordered. There is no soup in the noodle soup i ordered. when i called the store the person i talked to told me there was no treats left and to take it up with uber eats. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Horrible customer service!!! They should be aaheames to charge 40$ and basically say OH WELL sorry about your luck!!

Who knew you could screw up pasta?! Got two items off the menu to go because I was starving, 30 bucks spent. I ordered these two items because the description looked delicious but the pasta was all sticky, the shrimp was super sketchy and stinky and didn’t taste good and didn’t have a good texture, and then my other pasta was disgusting too, I’m talking just bad tasting pasta because of the stickiness mostly. Also I had bad stomach issues the next day and my stomach is steel trapped usually. The girls working at the front we’re very sweet and very good employees but the food was gross and definitely not worth any money much less 30 bucks

Place looks cozy and clean but the manager was clueless and harmed the overall impression.

Asked to advise a less oily and non-spicy dish, and was at first advised some pasta names BUTTERY smth. On my question whether Rigatoni pasta with Chicken was spicy, the guy assured it was not at all.

Ended up with a dish way too spicy and way too salty.

Restaurant is dirty and employees are rude. Literally told her my name and she is acting confused and clueless. They need better training or make them do a skills test to work here because how I tell you my name and you say we don’t have the order when the order is sitting right there and showing ready on the app! Won’t be back to this unprofessional establishment. I see why you all have bad reviews!

I bought some food from the noodle company about 45 minutes ago, the one at 2608 Erwin Rd, Durham, NC 27705. One of their dishes I purchased was a salad. As one of the ladies was preparing my salad, with gloves on, the mentioned to the young lady who was working the cash register that they were out of lettuce. Both ladies went in the back and retrieved a large container of lettuce. The young lady who worked the register used her bare hands to scoop lettuce from the large container into a smaller one. I did not see any hand washing or sanitizing, but to be honest, I do not know what occurred in the back. I was taken aback by the young lady who was working the register directly handing the food without gloves. All I could think of was this is how people get ill. After I was given my food (to go) I called her over to the side and told her that she should wear gloves. She replied, and I quote, “Oh we do not wear gloves here ma’am”. I looked at the chef and the other lady that worked there and they clearly have on gloves. I think I even thanked them for wearing gloves. I then walked away in shock and mumbled to myself that I cannot believe this was the response, etc. Can someone tell me if this is normal? Am I out of line for requesting gloves to be on a food service worker who is handling the cash register/money/credit cards, etc that can be dirty? I am new to the Durham area so I just want to know what to expect.

I have been going to this noodle company restaurant since before I had my twins since the clinic and hospital they are in isn’t far. Well as you can see salad was a disappointment no cheese and barely any noodles. My husband always gets it and I try his and his looks fantastic every time we eat there today I asked it to go as I was in a hurry to get home to my other child and a disappointment when I saw it.
