Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Ordered a matcha latte, almond milk. Server repeated it but then made it with dairy milk. When I asked if he used almond, he came to and made another while I watched. He combined the matcha with hot water without mixing, then heated the almond milk and dumped it into the cup with matcha. In my experience, matcha needs to be blended into the hot water. The resulting drink... a disaster. Probably a nice guy, perhaps a skilled barista, but he didn't have his attention and the result went down the drain, literally.

I arrived right in time for shift change. Four or five groom-faced employees counting the money for about 20 minutes. Finally gave up

It needs more employees. 1 Is not enough. Plus, the one working there was sweating WAY too much.

yeah, you can say it's a little "pricey," but service is great, the product is high quality and absolutely delicious.

Coffee Americano was rich, hot, and fresh. Their featured mint "hot chocolate" was a joke. It was nothing but hot milk with a droplet of mint syrup. No chocolate. Seriously. We went back to the barista to say the chocolate was missing but we were advised they don't have hot chocolate powder, that it is only syrup. The milk was white, no hint of chocolate. Total waste of money. I would have given the coffee 5 stars but that warm cup of milk gets a 0.

Emma, the girl at the register, allowed a white guest to skip me in line to check her out before me all because she was “just ringing her up for a water bottle”. I am not sure why it was more important to ring up the white customer first and not take my tea order as the two would have taken the same amount of time. I had already stood in line for quite some time just for someone to walk up and be able to check out before me.I politely told the lady and Emma that I was next in line and they both dismissed me. I could not help but feel the blatant racism in my face and would have expected the employee to correct the lady for skipping the line instead of rewarding her. Shame on you Emma.

Wait time 20 min for a coffee. Poorly staffed. Coffee was not made correctly (luke warm when we asked for extra hot). Frustrared customers waiting in line. Find other cheaper options. Starbucks is just across.

Decent coffee, not much to complain. Better than going to Star Bucks.

This place seems to really put their minds to being understaffed.

This was done if the best coffee that I have ever tasted! The brown sugar maple latte is Amazing!!! Worth every cent! I will be back here more often for sure.

I come to this location often and it’s only because of Ms. Keyla! She’s an awesome and wonderful barista. She’s always so kind and friendly to me and every other customer I’ve seen her service. I love when makes me chai lattes. Overall a great experience and great coffee.
