Didn't feel like it was exactly as advertised customer service was OK.
This place gets me through the day. Great coffee, sandwiches are all delicious and the smoothies/juices are fresh. Courtney is always extremely kind and welcoming. I'll ditch Starbucks any day to come here.
The parfait was very good. Definitely recommend stopping by while you are at the hospital.

The food is fairly delicious, but I do feel it does not justify the marked up price, or the wrap around lines. Given how busy they consistently are I am shocked by the relative inefficiency. I tend to avoid eating here unless it is off meal times and I am VERY hungry.
