I did a catering order with this food truck, and overall it was a positive experience. I appreciated how accommodating the owner was and his willingness to make the process as easy as possible for me. Also a plus that the food was a HIT. I highly recommend for office/ school events

I'm here from Texas and lived in Mexico City for a little while. Coming to North Carolina，good Mexican food was not an expectation. But last night I saw people standing out in the cold eating by this truck and so I stopped in. Wonderful birria and wonderful people. I will be back - can't wait to taste the rest of the menu.
