DON'T BUY HERE!!Terrible service rude owner. I live in Charlotte and came in for a cake. It was dry and nasty for 40 dollars. I called in to complain and I was met with defensive and rude employees and even worse owner, he told me there was no way to get my money back without them having their product back.

Terrible experience I order a cake with specific details but they don’t made nothing like I want, so they made choice and terrible cake and they don’t fixed also they wrote wrong message I never come back, the staff is not friendly, I don’t recommend this bakery ugly cake and bad experience ??

Ricos postres pero Muy mala actitud de las empleadas. Creo que no saben que significa servicio al cliente. Ordenamos un pastel para un baby shower del catalogó de la tienda y no nos comunicaron desde un principio que no tenían caja para ese tipo de decoración. Al recoger el pastel lo entregaron destapado. Creo que por medidas de salubridad eso no estuvo correcto. Las empleadas no hicieron nada por arreglar el problema al contrario tenían una actitud pésima y querían cobrar $10 extra por otra caja. Lastima q pierdan clientes por la mala actitud de sus empleados.

I should have read the reviews that said the customer service was horrible. I was the only one in the bakery and wasn't even welcomed and when I approached the register to ask how to get my bread BECAUSE covid and germs should be an issue, she simply pointed in a general area with an attitude and walked away. There is a whole pandemic going on and the workers were not wearing masks to protect themselves from our food. Horrible.

The bakery Mexican bread is good over all, the customer service is horrible… I kindly asked the lady at the register for the sanitation score because I didn’t see it & she refused to prove it for me. Her explanation was they don’t sale “ food” so they don’t have to have one ….. which makes no sense. Definitely my last time shopping here. It’s sad because I like to support my community.

This place is not recommended why number one because the are so rude to the customer and second is because they say they close and 10pm and the we closed by 9pm a whole hour.

Worst worst experience, will NEVER go back. Second time they ruined my order first one was a huge paw patrol cake didn’t send the paw patrol kit it was a blank cake , I asked for chocolate icing and chocolate cake was given vanilla and vanilla with fudge filling . Then today for my birthday we had ordered a chocolate on chocolate with strawberries on top and were given vanilla icing dry chocolate cake strawberry filling instead of strawberries on top and my name was completely misspelled they took back the cake and only offered me 38$ after I paid 75 dollars and no birthday cake .Treated me very rudely I will never go back and don’t recommend. Terrible customer service.
No hacen los pasteles al gusto del cliente dos veces nos hicieron unos pasteles que nada que ver con el diseño que pedimos yo no recomiendo esta pastelería y tampoco pienso regresar cobran tanto y no hacen lo que unos les pide así que no no se las recomiendo ya es mejor mandar hacer los pasteles con personas que trabajan desde sus casas señores pedí el pastel rojo y me hicieron ese que nada que ver juzguen ustedes mismos.
