I don’t know what those other people are talking about, this is definitely the spot to buy bread and cakes. I’ve bought a lot of birthday cakes and they taste good. Always had great customer service.

They missed up the order for my cake, they gave me a cake of tres leches when I asked for it not to specifically be this way. I explained this to employees and they treated me like it was my fault after i explicitly told them and the receipt literally said it the way i ordered it. When I asked if I could speak to a manager they just rudely hung up the phone. Don't come here they have extremely rude customer service. Literally wasted $80 and couldn't even get an apology they just blamed it on me.

The tres leches cakes are dry and the filling is canned strawberries 🤮. They’re cute but not worth $35 for a tiny cake that doesn’t taste good. It was the day after Valentine’s Day and the prices remained at full price. Poor customer service. Almost hovering over me to decide on a cake. Never again.❌

It's bad, the bread gave me diarrhea! Terrible service, my mother spit out that bread!
The service is terrible, they made faces at me and threw me the change. It's really a terrible place.

Very rude customer service!! NEVER COMING BACK!!The customer service was awful, and the staff was very rude. I had ordered a birthday cake, but when I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t provide a box for carrying it. Apparently, they dont have boxes for a TWO TIER cake! When I requested to speak with the manager, the girl who was working there said there is no manager and was very rude!!

Bad customer service

I went on Sunday on the 17 of November in 2024 and I asked a employee she was wearing a pink shirt with dark blue jeans and I asked what flavor are the cakes and she said it was cake flavor but I asked what flavor was the cake since it had different colors and she got mad and I left and she still had a attitude and she disturbed other people who was there and she made a scene don't recomend

Good pastries but racist staff considering their “colored” as well. They act as if they don’t know English when asked questions about their boss or management. That’s not how you keep a business open with horrible customer service to people who aren’t Latino descent. Shame on y’all.

The employees are very friendly, the best 🍞 🥯 🥖 🥙 🍞 very delicious 😋 I recommend it, you won't regret it after trying bolberan for more

Very bad customer service. I order a birthday cake and they made the wrong flavor and colors. I will definitely never come to this store again. I also talk to the owner explain the situation and he didn't help me at all.
