It's not what it used to be - it was very puffy with a glaze of sugar on top. Really not very good.

My biggest pet peeve was the lack of cleanliness. Youre a food establishment. Act like it. The bathrooms were gross and I had to wash a table before we could eat off it. Food was ok. I think $10+ for a half bowl of mac and cheese is nuts.

This Panera is one of my go-to’s. I can’t recall a time that any of my orders have been incorrect. I learned this morning that apparently they moved away from their location, in Patterson Place, over to a new location within the same shopping area (previously PDQ). Trying to find them in order to pick up my order made me a little late for work today, but at least I know where they are now. I’m adding a couple of pictures of the new location in case it helps somebody else.

The assistant manager is rude. The bathroom at this restaurant is filthy—trash everywhere and nothing is ever stocked. The dining area isn’t much better, with messy tables that barely get cleaned. That said, a few of the employees do make the experience more bearable despite the overall atmosphere.

I’ve never experience bad customer service like this at a Panera. The order was completely wrong and when I called to speak with the manager she was not apologetic. I’m thankful she refunded me but did not offer to remake the order or anything. Very disappointing!

haven’t been to panera in a while but they really have upped their game! i got the steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious. the broccoli cheddar soup was just how i remembered it.

staff was friendly and professional and the dining area was clean and very open. perfect for getting some work done.
