Food is fresh and tasty but has slipped as of late. Rather carelessly put together, but ingredients are fine. Dining area is a bit of a shambles.

Not only is the food really good here, but so is the crew. They push themselves to deliver on really good service, each and every time. I've been dining at this location for years, and only once did I have a less than stellar experience, but it was immediately addressed by one of the managers. As far as food, the Bacon Turkey Bravo and the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad are two of my faves. I love all of their bagels and pastries. And, I'm probably going to be a lifer in the Unlimited Sip Club, because they keep rewarding me with special offers and discounts. I love Panera. ❤️

when we got there yesterday I have to say for what we needed. My wife and I immensely enjoyed all the food. I got two scones. I ate the second one today. It was just as fresh as if I had gotten it yesterday

Terrible people disrespectful make you leave after you spent money

The place absolutely stinks. It smells like the toilet caught in fire. Not to mention all the plates stacked up, the lack of coffee, and the dirty floors. I would be worried to order anything other than coffee here! I just want a place I can sit for a few minutes and enjoy a moment. Panera continues to be a total disappointment!

This is the most horrible Panera Bread in Durham! Tasteless coffee while the creamers are almost empty and it was at 8am when it was only 5 customers at the point.
Unprepared and kinda grumpy old man for the cashier not able to getting my receipt printed bc it ran out of the paper roll.
I asked for the bathroom code and the kitchen lady gave me the wrong numbers!!!
The pickup counter very filthy!!!

I hate Panera. The food is tiny. Look at this tiny salad that cost $14 vs the menu picture. Barely any chicken avocado bacon and eggs

Sam, the Team Lead and another Panera employee let me stand at the counter as they discussed something about I'm assuming a prior order. I thought the only way to order was to use the "Fast Lane Kiosk" that was until Keith stepped out of the kitchen and ASKED me had I been helped!!! He was kind, made suggestions and took my order and all the while Sam,"Team Lead" walked around the counter and never acknowledged my presence. A simple, "I'll be right with you" or "Just one moment" goes a long way in customer service. The gentleman Davo who prepared my food was also kind. I ordered catering from this location for my office on at least 5 occasions but notice I said "ordered". I will not again. Shout out to good employees- Keith and Davo!!

I got the pick 2. Half a chicken sandwich dipper and a cup of french onion soup with a drink. Food came up fast, but I got a cup of tomato soup and no french onion. I had to go up once already to get my drink cup. Then they explained that the tomato soup was to dip my sandwich in and there was just a little confusion. No biggie.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this particular Panera Bread. The cleanliness was less than to be desired. The floor was sticky, the carpet looked gross, the tables and chairs all just appeared to be thrown and placed wherever. I didn’t see any team members coming around to clean tables or push chairs in to make the place look at least a little tidy. The bench chairs didn’t match - there was 3 different fabrics on all of the benches. Almost like they’re borrowing furniture from other stores. The containers where the condiments were looked really dirty and there was just a dirty smell in the air. Very strange. I expected a little more from Panera.
