My friend and I came to have some dinner with our service dogs. One of the employees, a full grown man, aggressively barked at them to freak them out.I guess he didn’t get enough of a reaction out of them because 2 min later he did it again. It freaked our dogs out and had a hard time settling in there because of it.It was super disrespectful and immature.I hope this is dealt with in a serious manner because service dogs are actually very important medical equipment for their handlers. It is the equivalent of messing with someone’s wheelchair or oxygen tank.Very disappointed.

Panera is known for its bread and baked goods. Their sandwiches are delicious and their salads are made with fresh, crispy greens.

The guy who calls people's names when their order is ready is wonderful. He makes me smile every time I'm here.

It's a fairly typical Panera. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer all the menu items that are listed on the website.

Panera will probably remain a favorite for me. I often place orders for sour dough and basil tomatoe bread and do Rapid Pick Up. This time my order was overlooked and I had to make a second trip the next day. As good customer service I thought it would have been appropriate to offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I will continue to make purchases but would feel more valued as a repeat customer if shown a bit more consideration.

The dining area, and really the entire restaurant as a whole, was disgusting. There was literally trash everywhere, all over the floors, and the trash cans themselves were bursting at the seams and overflowing onto the floor. Tables were sticky as were the floors, straw wrappers and napkins everywhere, just really unappetizing. And the fact that I paid $6 for a CUP (not a bowl) of soup which was like 4 spoonfuls is truly laughable. Panera used to be good back in the day but it is a complete joke now.

Good customer service but sanitation& the smell inside is pure disgusting. The people who work and service there are the sweetest and most accommodating but the over all sanitation is nasty

I would rather eat food from a garbage can than eat here again. It was so completely nasty.

Food was terrible today. Croutons on salad was stale as was the baguette. Chicken noodle soup was OK but not as good as usual. Very disappointing. Also no ice in the machine. Will not revisit. Was a regular until now.
