Sean is extremely unprofessional. I will not return to this establishment. As a manager, he failed to demonstrate adequate leadership skills, arguing with a customer and treating employees poorly. He requires additional training to effectively manage the location and interact with customers.

I got a Tuna fish sandwich and it was really good but it was most lettuce and tomato. The tuna fish had a very good favor, but it was a only little bit on the sandwich. I ask for toasted bread and when I got my sandwich it was not toasted. Good Sandwich but stingy with the tuna fish!!!!!! They should name this sandwich lettuce and tomato !!!!!!

I have been trying to call this location for over 7 hours now to place a breakfast order for my office. I have tried every option on the phone tree, and even called the corporate office. No body answers the phone. I am very disappointed.

This location delivered my food to the wrong address and both they and DoorDash refused to help me. I work in a hospital and just wanted a lunch. Biggest waste of time and money.

I've been getting chips for my duet since yall added them to the menu. Today I was told by a so called manager I guess that the team will get a write up bc they are not supposed to. The tables and floor at this location are always dirty.

Great service- but they did not have any bread options but there. The soda dispensers were not filled. The specialty drinks had a huge amount of foam inside of it: the staff was/is great. But the quality of the store has gone down hill significantly.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Doors to the mall were closed so after ordering on the kiosk, I had to walk outside to the exterior entrance to get my order.

I enjoy Panera bread. It’s one of my favorite lunch spot. The value duet is definitely the way to go if you’re on a budget. Most of the staff are friendly at this location and you can expect consistent food. Keep in mind they have a policy that you must call the day of to report missing items and the manager Dave is pretty passive aggressive about it.

The service is generally pretty quick but the space itself is never clean. I’m always having to wipe down my table before eating and the bathrooms are not maintained.
