BAD SERVICE :(I ordered a two caprese chicken sandwich at the location at South-point mall, then when they call my name the food is ready I took it the table and my wife she noticed there is no meat (before start eating) , I took it back to the cook I showed him the sandwiches (no meat) he said he forgot, then he gave me two cups of chicken, I asked him to fix them he said you can fix them by YOURSELF, I never heard that before. I talked to manager about this issue she asked him to fix it then when I asked about any compensation she laughed and she said I can get you a cookie!!! is this a way how you treat your customers PANERA BEAD? .

Had been coming to this location for years but the new staff is horrendous. I ordered over $50 worth of food, they stuffed it into one bag, crushing the soups, making it spill through the bottom of the bag as well as got a lot of my order incorrect. When I politely asked to refill the (small) soup, the African American man behind the counter first asked, "did you drink it?" Not whether it had been spilled, not whether it had been mis-packed, but if I had in fact DRANK it or not. I not only expect better from a decent upstanding business such as Panera, but from a fellow African American gentleman. What an insult to be asked that question, especially after spending over $50 on the order and tipping 25%! If I would have known the service would be so poor and disrespectful I would have not even gone in to retrieve my order! Safe to say, I will NEVER go back to this location, or at least until the incompetent, rude and disrespecful staff turns over.

I think the team lead hates his job? Pickup orders should be convenient. I shouldn’t have to wait for my drink to be remade then not even filled up. Read the tickets and do the job or…just quit.

Thankful for this Panera’s consistency and fresh ingredients. The current/recent staff don’t make mistakes, the food is made correctly. I order a lot of delivery as well, there always arriving proper temperature and timely. I get a lot of perks as a member that I can take advantage of because unlike other nearby Paneras, since they don’t lead me to disappointment. I am new to the whole Panera Bread experience! I walked into this quaint little restaurant and was welcomed by a very attentive staff. An employee named Shama took my order and was very patient as I navigated the menu. I was confused and she recommended the 2 for 2. I took her advice on the to-die-for broccoli cheddar soup as well! After a very difficult day at work, I was uplifted by the excellent customer service and homemade style menu! I will be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful, I understand it was 7:20PM and they were shutting down for the day as they close at 8PM. Only complaint I have is that after getting home with it wasn't the Chicken Cordon Melt, but some ham sandwich. I try to avoid ham due to my heart condition and needing to avoid salt as much as possible.

Great Panera and the location i the mall is good because you don’t Grace to go into the mall to go. Unfortunately I had a small food poising experience once but I gave them another try and they were great!Kid-friendliness: Nothing in there that says you shouldn’t bring the kids.Parking: It’s outside the side of the mall so you can park on the curb in the parking lot and walk in if you have a pick up.
