My wife and my first time there. The food was excellent. The service ok,could be better. The tables we were at was dirty hadn't been cleaned and noticed more tables the same. Atmosphere ok, a lot of college students there. I would go back again.
I was picking up a mobile order and ended up being stuck there for over 30 minutes. They didn't have the type of bread I wanted so I pulled off to the side after waiting in line for 15 minute only to be forgotten about.

My wife ordered the Avocado Toast the other day and got what was created in the picture. She complained that there wasn't much Avocado on the toast and she felt gipped. The toast wasn't even covered. The service lady answered that we have no control over it. She did not offer to fix it in anyway. I think we are done going to Panera bread. If they have "No control" over the creation of the food we are buying, that sounds like a red flag. Not how I would want to run my business.

Third time we’ve come to this Panera at dinner time recently. Also the third time they didn’t have the bread side. Isn’t Bread in their name?! In addition at 6pm a half dozen tables in the dining area have not been bussed by staff. I have to say this seems like a poorly managed Panera, and one we won’t be coming to again.

Placed my own order, got my own food, cleaned up my food. ASKED FOR TIP. How about a tip for my work? A.I. was not versatile and I could not get it how Me or my daughter wanted. ? add spinach...nope. And made me tip Do you know what customer service is? Really?
Came in with an hour to close and the staff was too busy talking to friends did everything halfway, once I received my food the Mac and cheese for my daughter was cold all they told me was there a microwave to heat it up… the manager didn’t even put the phone down to acknowledge me with the cold Mac and cheese in my had….. horrible services

Prince deserves a manager of the year award. I made an order for delivery and door dash kept messing it up. Prince, the manager went out of his way to make sure I receive my order. It was a pleasant surprise because I am sure no other manager would have gone the extra mile. Thank you!
Wow - we ordered Greek salad with chicken - they forgot the chicken and we paid for it! Our meal was way too expensive for 3 meals - we won’t be back there!!! Can we get a refund?
