I understand having 2 consecutive items I wanted to order not available. Breakfast ends at 11am and we were ordering kinda late. But the 3rd option banana I received was unexcusable. The banana was so ripe the peel was almost orange. It was so mushy and it made our car reek of alcohol. I was seriously afraid of being pulled over by a cop and having to explain that smell wasn't an open bottle but an overripe banana that should have been sent to the compost bin. Don't believe me, see the picture I took of it.

After standing in the front for 5mins with not one worker in sight hearing laughing n playing in the back🙄Ordered a BEC on a croissant NO croissants😒 ordered a blt also if I would've known they didn't have what I wanted I would've left them my bf stated how does a bakery have no croissants. This has to be the most unprofessional group that I’ve interacted with at Panera. A young lady argued with me about making my son a plain bagel (bread sliced thin), which we order at every other Panera that we’ve visited. You could hear her in the lobby yelling another employees name while she was taking a customers order. I’ll never go to this location again unless it’s an emergency. Visited this location on 3/19/25 at 7:30p if anyone cares to address the lack of service with this team. Good luck and wish you the best. Definitely not the typical Panera Bread experience.

My wife and my first time there. The food was excellent. The service ok,could be better. The tables we were at was dirty hadn't been cleaned and noticed more tables the same. Atmosphere ok, a lot of college students there. I would go back again.
I was picking up a mobile order and ended up being stuck there for over 30 minutes. They didn't have the type of bread I wanted so I pulled off to the side after waiting in line for 15 minute only to be forgotten about.

My wife ordered the Avocado Toast the other day and got what was created in the picture. She complained that there wasn't much Avocado on the toast and she felt gipped. The toast wasn't even covered. The service lady answered that we have no control over it. She did not offer to fix it in anyway. I think we are done going to Panera bread. If they have "No control" over the creation of the food we are buying, that sounds like a red flag. Not how I would want to run my business.
