An expected and warm Croissant Benny to start a Fri. workday, not sure why the limited or unavailable breakfast breads or pastries eg; cheese danishes, banana nut bread, cream puffs, etc., sufficient drive-through service am overall pleasant visit.

Nice people. In evenings when they give you a plastic spoon with a half filled bowl of soup its projects careless and lazy. The plastic spoon when the restaurant isn’t that busy just tells the customer….Panera is too lazy to wash anything for the customer. ——Use plastic we don’t care about the customers experience at our restaurant.

Not very clean and limited options
The only reason we ever ate here was the law enforcement discount. All of a sudden federal law enforcement is no longer covered. We now just buy stuff at Publix and make our own sandwiches.
Love the drinks subscription! They are always on time.

The sevice was great. I had one of the best chicken sandwiches ever, and the spicy soap was incredible only available for the season we are in now Sept. Not HOT just nice and spicy, and came with a nice little loaf of warm bread. I can't wait to go back again. Met the manager sorry forgot his name but a super nice guy and willing and wanting to serve his cutomers. Please don't look close as the soap bowl as it is half empty, I was busy spooning it down.

The food was good and service was quick and friendly. But they didn’t have ketchup… they had packets of mustard and mayo but no ketchup. It didn’t even look like they normally had it but are out and when I asked about it the response seemed to indicate they’ve never had it. How can you sell breakfast sandwiches, in America, and not have ketchup? I can tell you the asiago sausage and egg breakfast sandwich would have benefited greatly from a bit of ketchup.

My 1st visit to this location and it won’t be my last thanks to the service I received. Prince took my order and was exceptionally courteous and kind. I kinda had my hands full with my purse and computer bag so he actually brought my food to me when it was ready. I ordered iced coffee and when I questioned about a milk substitute he went to the back and brought out almond milk. My salad was fresh and tasty. It’s hard to find good customer service in fast food these days and Prince was a pleasant surprise.

You would think if youre paying $8 for a bowl of soup they'd at least fill up the bowl. When I do order rapid pick up, they never use their designated pick up section, rather just place it in the window where they serve dine in folks. I've stood there plenty of times without being greeted wondering on the status of an order which I was told was ready. Customer service goes a long way and this location has zero.

I would not return to that place. The tables used for eating were too dirty, full of other people's food waste. I saw the cooks throwing away the things they were going to serve to the diners, and my order was not complete. They told me to pick up the other part from the front, and no one ever served me.

Yesterday afternoon, there was a very unprofessional manager was on shift loudly complaining about helping out lower level workers during a busy time, which to me seems very unprofessional and shows how bad this Panera’s management is, god knows what he’s doing to people’s food with that terrible management.

I understand having 2 consecutive items I wanted to order not available. Breakfast ends at 11am and we were ordering kinda late. But the 3rd option banana I received was unexcusable. The banana was so ripe the peel was almost orange. It was so mushy and it made our car reek of alcohol. I was seriously afraid of being pulled over by a cop and having to explain that smell wasn't an open bottle but an overripe banana that should have been sent to the compost bin. Don't believe me, see the picture I took of it.
