I’m not usually one to go eat out for breakfast, but after running an errand this morning nothing was open between 8-9 A.M. with a breakfast sandwich of some sort that wasn’t ridiculously priced for adding vegetables. My local Panera did not have the everything bagel I was craving-this Panera location did when I ordered from their drive through.✨
This Panera let me have my cinnamon raisin bagel free of charge if I promised them to complete a survey about their customer service. Couldn’t find it so I figured a review would be the next best thing-please give these employees in the day shift a $1 raise for making my order 100% accurate, delicious, warm, and they were kind to me. 💵 Thanks Panera! 🥯

Receipt paper has chemicals in it such as BPA and BPS. Panera’s extensive “No no list” specifically prohibits BPA so it’s surprising to find it touching the food.

I’m a huge fan of the Panera Bread at 5611 S Miami Blvd in Durham—especially since I always go through the drive-thru! The drive-thru moves pretty smoothly (even if it can be a little busy at peak times), and the staff is always friendly and efficient. What keeps me coming back week after week is Brittany—she’s absolutely my favorite employee! Even through the drive-thru window, she recognizes my voice (or my usual order), calls me by name, and makes me feel so special and welcomed. It’s that personal touch that turns a simple pickup into a highlight of my day. In a fast-paced world, having someone who remembers you really stands out! And let’s not forget the Unlimited Sip Club—it’s a total lifesaver! I love being able to grab my favorite iced tea or coffee, and the unlimited refills every couple of hours make it such an incredible value. It pairs perfectly with my drive-thru routine. Fresh food, speedy service, amazing people like Brittany, and awesome perks like Sip Club—this location gets 5/5 stars from me every time. Quick, efficient, and friendly- but watched an employee on the line using his phone with the same gloves that he then prepared food with. As a customer, I don't care if employees use their phone when it's slow, but TAKE OFF/CHANGE your gloves!!
