Just came in to get a drink, but this place was done right everything looked clean and fresh. Refreshing hard to believe it’s a Panera.

Restrooms not clean and have a really bad smell.

They love to mark your order ready when it’s not ready then look at you crazy for expecting your order. Don’t mark it as ready if it’s not. The manager in the blue today unprofessional. Terrible customer service.

Aren’t your employees ashamed to use the disabled parking spaces?

As others have stated, slow service and inaccurate orders plague this location. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes behind only one car because they got the wrong order the first time.

I can't stand visiting this Panera. Inevitably, something is always wrong with an order. From missing/incorrect items to once waiting in the 'rapid pick-up' parking spot for 10 minutes just to go inside to get my order, something always is wrong. What broke the straw this time was an online order I placed for 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. The app indicated it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived in 10 but got notification there was a delay. So I waited, no problem. 15 minutes after my order was placed, I received notification my order was ready. I found this odd since my order was not on the pick-up shelf and I saw no one working on the order.I went to the counter and was asked which order I was waiting on. When I gave my name, only then did the employee walk over to the bakery and get the bagels. I was perturbed at this point that I began writing this review. While on my phone, the employee must've placed the bagel tub on the counter and walked away because I looked up from my phone to see my order on the counter. I checked the receipt and everything was marked off to indicate the order had been reviewed by staff for accuracy. Simple enough, considering it was just 6 sliced bagels and a tub of cream cheese. But I decided to double-check the box and do you think the tub of cream cheese was in there? So I walk over to the bakery counter where 4 employees were gathered and pointed out that the receipt was marked off but I was still missing the cream cheese. And finally, 20 minutes after placing my order, I walked out.Anyone that's gotten this far on my review, just do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Pd $13 for an Asian Chicken salad. Got to work and had to choke down with the Italian dressing it mistakenly came with. Luckily the new manager gave me a credit. Doesn't help me now though.

I have posted before this Panera Bread has gone downhill in the past 4 years. Before the food was good and the seating area was clean. I ate there last week and as usual the food was poor to unsatisfactory. The tables were not cleaned and the restrooms were a mess. I'm surprised the health department has not shut them down. The furniture is in need of replacement. I heard this franchise is owned by an investment company. This would explain why there is not adequate attention being paid to the condition of the restaurant and why the constant decline in the quality of the sandwiches and the smaller portions of soup. I never tip anymore and I feel bad about the employees. There are only one or two employees that seem happy in their jobs and pleasant to the customers. I remember when they moved the current location. The restaurant was always busy, the food was good and the service was excellent. I only go there because family keeps sending us gift cards.

This is my Toasted Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. I'm not sure if I'm more surprised by how small this is for the $11.12 charge or the Seamless charges of $13.88 to administratively get it to me. Regardless the sandwich was not worthy of the cost.
