The food is fresh and hot and the orders are correct. I placed an order for a half tuna with tomato soup, and the sandwich was delicious. Packed with tuna. They even included the spoon, the croutons and plenty of napkins. It's the little things that count. I placed the order and went to pick it up, not expecting it to be ready yet, and it was already there. Just YUM!!

All right of all the Panera breads I'm on the plan where you get free drinks like coffee and the teas and all that kind of thing so it's an excellent deal I think it's either 11:00 or $12 a month but still get a large coffee and every 2 hours you know change it up. But I do like is they're bumper music is just excellent I use Shazam sometime and steal it! But their Wi-Fi is very strong It's not always crowded but everything's clean restrooms are clean very friendly you can check yourself in or you can go to the front counter and sometimes it's a little bit of weight pastries are out of the world. But if you need something really decadent try their mac and cheese either plate or you know just a bowl Man it is a die for!

Management appears to have taken a vacation at Panera. Both my regular shop in Durham and one I visited in Boone provided mediocre service and a filthy eating area. At 9:00 a.m. on a quiet Thursday morning, the Witherspoon shop was out of most pastries and of decaf coffee. I told the counterman about both situations. I ate my substitute pastry and drank a substitute coffee and went back to add some decaf. Still no decaf. Still no pastries. The Boone shop was particularly dirty. I understand that the restaurant industry is having a hard time getting employees, but that is what management is for - and to check the empty coffee urns in a coffeehouse.

Great food as usual, but the change to plastic “silverware” is a big loss. Try to eat a bowl of hot tasty soup with a short plastic teaspoon. My hand was almost in the soup. A bowl of soup is served with a tablespoon of substance. Management who does not understand the small nuances of customer satisfaction are not helpful to the success of the business. I have plenty of great choices on where I choose to eat and this “little thing” puts a big question on coming back even though I really like the food

Excellent service... great quick food. Go there often for breakfast items. The oatmeal is perfect... both healthy and delicious. The staff are professionally and engaging.

Our first visit to this location was enjoyable. We both ordered the small Green Goddess salad. It was generous in size and tasted very good. We recommend this Panera Bread and will return in the future.

Last time for me! 2 hands full of lettuce with Caesar dressing, tea and bag of chips 10.51. The items couldn’t have cost 75-1.00!!!! I don’t care for all the stems but if I didn’t eat those ... ?

I got bread, seasoning and a couple of tomatoes.. Not at all the description that is suppose to have arugula, mozzarella, Parmesan, tomatoes and balsamic glaze. At least the bread was good. Side salad was frozen. I would not order this again.
