For a location inside the almighty Duke Medical Center, the place was trashed, every table in need of cleaning. It was 30 ministers between ordering at the kiosk and the order being ready. The broccoli cheddar soup was almost cold. The sandwiches were passable. Good to see the level of service is on par with Duke Health billing and scheduling lol.

Staff is always friendly and relatable. Food is absolutely delicious. The pomegranate drink tastes wonderful if you add a little sugar 😉. Also, I can tell they work very hard, it shows in how they work together as a team. 10/10 would recommend.
That pomegranate drink is a disaster! The bagels 🥯 were super hard only thing I enjoyed was the walnut cream cheese. 😫🥴

The best Panera location I’ve been to! Coffee is always out, tastes great. I’ve never had a mistake on any of my orders, and the food always tastes fresh. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and it’s clear from how clean and nice everything is that they all work hard. Highly recommend!!!!
