I received the wrong delivery order and called the store. I didn’t get his name but he was super nice, said he saw the problem and said he’d send out another pizza to my address for free 🥹

Order was incorrect. One pizza was hot the other pizza was not. The door dash driver was absolutely horrible didn’t even get out her car and the attitude. My mom had to go out to the car! Funny thing is my mom had her a tip in her hand but since she seemed that delivery to our door was beyond her she definitely receive it!!! Today Service was a big disappointment. That being said usually we order from here with no problem. Spoke with manager twice on the phone very disappointed with his response

2nd delivery tht I had to call back about. Also seems like when I called they tried waiting till they closed when I asked for a refund. Definitely need to stop letting door dash drive. They only asked to remake after I ordered else where. Nightshift terrible.

Lately, it's been bad. Last three deliveries were not good. Forgot the soda two separate times. Last time they left the food out in the rain and I had to go to get the soda myself. This time the order was immediately canceled. I think using Doordash ends up being the issue. I'm usually patient but it's been harder lately because groceries are expensive and it's been hard to cook so sometimes this is the only way.

Ordered a 6 piece wing and this is what I received… called to ask if they were out of wings and they said yes but never thought to call before the order went out.
I ordered a sausage pizza and the quality and presentation was less than satisfactory. It looked like it had been rushed. The cheese wasn't melted or thoroughly spread throughout the pizza. I don't usually order Papa John's and now I understand why.

Take a look at your pizza before you pick it up, they're sending out 13" pizzas and calling them 16" XL. not sure if it's a corporate thing or they're trying to save a buck. I'd have refunded it if I hadn't already eaten half of it before I measured it lmao

Normally I love Papa John’s Pizza. This location is not good. The pizzas are always sloppily made, and are barely cut so it’s just like the toppings are sliding off the pizza.
