Not at all happy about the quality of my pizza. Did the person boxing this not see that part of it was deformed. This is unacceptable. Where are the toppings that belong on the pizza crust? Looks like I received a half plain pizza half toppings. Poor service.

Your restaurant ROCKS!! My mom ordered 2 pizzas: 1 with sausage and 1 with cheese! Your pizza is perfect! Even though my brother Jason doesn't eat Papa Johns pizzaBecause it makes his stomach hurt... But I can't get enough of your delicious pizza!??????
Absolute worst Papa Johns location I have ever been to.. time and time again I show up here and have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up orders that were placed way ahead of time. This is seriously a weekly occurrence. Staff always lies about time frames…. They tell you oh it’s in the oven will be out in 5 minutes & then 20 minutes later they tell you it’s almost ready. Then on top of that they don’t have anywhere to sit so you’re extremely uncomfortable while you wait. Horrible horrible business. I’m really starting to wonder why we place orders ahead of time instead of just walking in & placing at the register since it’s never any faster, it kind of defeats the point.

Please do no order from here. We ordered a large pizza at 8:50 PM. We went to pick it up at the scheduled time, only for it to not be ready. They advised us to return in about 45 minutes. We returned only to discover that they have not even gotten remotely close to completing our order. When attempting to cancel, it stated they began preparing our order and couldn’t issue a refund. That was most certainly a lie. It is now 11:30 and they had not completed the order.

They use door dash for delivery. Expected delivery was an hour after I ordered. OK, bet. After an hour the driver finally picked up the order. I live 5 minutes away, yet the driver picked up the food and went 20 minutes in the other direction. Only reason I ordered delivery was because I was working late and needed to get wife and kids fed. I called to tell manager what happened. Order was canceled and I might get my money back in 3 to 5 days. I'll keep you posted. Be safe out there. Order from somewhere else.

Quick excellent service. I dropped my pizza and they made me another immediately at no charge. Now that’s great customer service!
This is the 10" cheesestick I got with my order today. Cheese and sauce did not extend to the edge.

Would not recommend! I did an online order for STORE PICKUP came here (the store) less than 7 mins after getting the notice my order is ready for pickup just to be told someone picked up my order via doordash. I don't even USE DOORDASH nor did I pay for delivery. After spending 10+ mins going back and forth with the 1st guy, another guy looks at the order and lowly states it WASN'T a delivery order and that they can remake the order which would take 20+mins. Called customer service and they're just as sorry as they stated its a store issue and management can follow-up with me in 48hrs. No apology or anything offered. As I'm waiting in my vehicle for my order, someone who works there comes out to my car to say "they gave me an extra pizza". I DONT HAVE ANY FOOD, SO HOW CAN YOU GIVE ME EXTRA OF SOMETHING!!!!Just about a hour later, I get my pizzas. Still no apology, empathy or anything. Store should be closed or workers FIRED.I'll just travel further out and get my pizza next time.

What type of person puts the garlic sauce container ON THE PIZZA. First off that garlic sauce container has been touched by lord knows what people don't use gloves touching those. Second off why would I want a garlic sauce container imprint IN MY PIZZA. Third!! WHY ISNT THE PIZZA EVEN CUT!!!!!! This is order 0092
