They need to stop forgetting the garlic seasoning on the garlic knots. It is called GARLIC knots for a reason. Don’t cheap out by just giving the bread & 1 bite size cup of garlic sauce!

Nobody who is ordering from Papa John’s is really expecting stellar pizza. But if you order at 10:30 at night on a Friday you do expect to at least receive it before midnight. And you also expect to receive what you ordered. The food order was screwed up, and the drink wasn't received. Totally cold and the bottom of the box was soggy with grease. At least they offered to refund me for the price of the drink that was paid for and not received after waiting on hold for longer than I should have.

Just imagine you order carry out because you have a broken ankle can leave the house. You order for your two kids, send the grandmother to go pick up the pizza. In her words amazing customer service with the young girl up front. But at home once you get yourself a slice you realize it’s pound of red sauce…okay no problem we can work with that. But then you realize it’s so much red sauce. That the topping are sliding off and low and be hold the pizza it’s self is still doughy. I can ball it you and make more on pizza aging. It’s just so frustrating to pay money to get something and it’s just so simple as make sure the pizza that you cook every day is done. Highly disappointed would not recommend. Aka now it’s in the over to cook some more it’s goes.

Just flavorless.. I ordered online so I don't know anything about the in-store service but the pizza itself was disgusting. Just flavorless and sloppy. I damn near had to drown each bite in garlic sauce. Papa John's was never the best place to get pizza.. but this one in particular is just disgusting. Only word I can think of to describe it.

I generally don’t expect much from fast food restaurants in Durham, but this Papa John’s consistently fails on almost every level. Delivery is automatically kicked off to door dash which adds a lot of time to the process. The last order I made took about 75 minutes in late afternoon. As usual the food arrived cold and had to be reheated in the oven. It is was it is I guess…

I ordered a “Heart Shaped Thin-Crust Pizza”. I got this delivered as a gift for my partner. Upon delivery there was no heart to be found just a thin crust pizza.. which is fine I just wish that could’ve been communicated. When I called this store to ask about the manager said they didn’t have the pans and that he could refund me my money then followed that with “Cool, bye.” And hung the phone up on me? I’m not sure who is running this store but this is so unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassing.

Save your money and time. I place at order then found out they made the wrong order. I call them and spoke with the manager which insisting of charge me extra because they gave a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. After back and forth, he decided to change it and told me to bring the order back which I informed him that I was on my way and I want my order be ready. I arrive at the store and my order was not ready, and they made me wait 10 more minutes to get it ready. I don't recommend this store. Their staff doesn't wear glove or cover their head. First and last time coming to this Papa John's.

I was told my pizza was coming out of the oven. After waiting a few minutes I was asked if my name was Dana. No. Asked my last name. She said yes Dana? No. It isn’t. I said my name she goes that’s what I said. No it isn’t. And my pizza was cold. They deserve zero stars. 4 employees with only 1 staff working. Yuck.

Well sadly we ordered from this place last night around 6:30pm on January 23rd 2025 papa dias I had make your own chicken and cheese and my mom got got a diffent papa dias the sausage and pepper apparently the next morning my mom is vomiting and had diarrhea from this place please stay far away from this place we are never eating here again!!! There was this foreign guy who delivered our food but he was weird and came inside to our hotel room which we thought that was odd but anyway please do not eat here due to food poisoning!!!
Why hasn't this place been shut down and why the health inspector hasn't checked this place
