I was told my pizza was coming out of the oven. After waiting a few minutes I was asked if my name was Dana. No. Asked my last name. She said yes Dana? No. It isn’t. I said my name she goes that’s what I said. No it isn’t. And my pizza was cold. They deserve zero stars. 4 employees with only 1 staff working. Yuck.

Well sadly we ordered from this place last night around 6:30pm on January 23rd 2025 papa dias I had make your own chicken and cheese and my mom got got a diffent papa dias the sausage and pepper apparently the next morning my mom is vomiting and had diarrhea from this place please stay far away from this place we are never eating here again!!! There was this foreign guy who delivered our food but he was weird and came inside to our hotel room which we thought that was odd but anyway please do not eat here due to food poisoning!!!
Why hasn't this place been shut down and why the health inspector hasn't checked this place

For a place that specializes in delivery this location fails horribly. Door dash is contracted to deliver at an increased cost. This increased cost resulted in slow and incompetent service with Angela choosing to toss our pizza at another room of the hotel and leave without attempting to do her job. We managed to find the abandoned pizza and did save on the cost of the generous cash tip we were going to give. The end food was cold by the time we located it.

The food was pretty good. However the only reason I gave them four stars and not five it's because my first order for a medium one-topping pizza was missing toppings on two slices.... However they save themselves by giving me the choice of store credit two free pizzas... I wish I could remember the crew members name because she was great
Had an issue with a delivery but manager Jayce was quick to make it right, excellent customer service, she deserves kudos.

I will never order from here again. This is what I got for almost $30. I called to complain and was on hold for about 15 minutes before someone picked up and hung up. I called back and explained the person that finally answered the phone that it looked like the pizza had been dropped or something. All he could say was okay I will let the manager know she will be back in 5 minutes and hung up. He didn’t bother to get my name or anything. I will be there when they open tomorrow morning . This is unacceptable.

Took over an hour to get my pizza on a Monday night and I order a pepperoni,ham,beef and extra cheese paid $27.00 for pizza and got nothing but cheese pizza. Called 7 times and they stated they had no record of my order and then would not answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend the papa johns pizza located on broad street in Durham nc to anyone not even my enemies. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
