Two times I got the wrong pizza. The first they didn't recognize the second I did not even bother calling them again.

Staff here seem to be miserable people. Worst service I’ve ever received. Horrible atmosphere. Specifically the heavyset black female working at closing on 4/12. Needs to learn to interact with customers and also keep her personal conversations to herself.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I’d rather cook frozen pizza than order from this place again. Look at that pizza. Someone saw it and still put it in the box to be delivered. Our garlic knots had icing on them and were somehow burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. My son ate this raw dough and who knows how long it had been sitting out. When I called to complain and make sure I was being refunded, the two make employees brushed me off and hung up on me twice.

Hello everyone, I ordered a pizza at this restaurant and my experience was very bad with this person who brought me the pizza. He gave me the incomplete order. And on top of the pizza box he had. Cigarette ash said He who would return with my missing pizza I paid him and he never returned I went to complain to the manager and he said that the order had already been delivered I have a business and I know that reputation matters a lot I think this manager does not care your Store matters

Ordered online , they delivered thw order to the wrong house tonight and were extremely difficult to get in contact for a refund. Kept being told a Manager would call me and nobody did. Had to report to corporate. Terrible customer service.
i love these folks! i order through the app and they always get it right. the people who work here are really friendly too!not all papa johns are created equal. this one is great.

Store #636 811 broad st. I'm a doordasher. I see all sorts of crazy things out there. But this !I had two orders that brought me to this store. One was 6 pizzas. The other was 13 pizzas. When I showed up there were 3 other delivery drivers there and 1 customer. The problem was there was only one person working the entire store!!!She was amazing! A total rock star no matter how many phone calls she got she was sweet. She never got angry she just kept cooking, answering the phone and making sure everyone knew where she was order wise. I was there for at least a hour or more she was so great neither customer was angry when I finally made it to them and I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for this!
