Papa Johns Pizza

Minor mistake on my pizza was made. I put in feedback when given the option and a staff member reached out fairly quickly. Once ordering from them the week after, the pizza was great and mistake free. Appreciated them reaching out more than anything else.

Absolutely worst pizza I've ever had from a papa John's. Never again

I had ordered sauce with my order but didn’t get any. Yet I was still charged the money. I can’t even go back in and ask for my money back. I won’t buy here again. It didn’t even have the usual pepper and garlic sauce inside. Trash.

The pizza never showed up to my 3rd shift crew who takes amazing care of residents in a healthcare facility .......Pizza Never Showed Up.....

Strange mishap this afternoon turned into a really good experience. There was a bit of confusion with the order, the store’s system made several mistakes or didn’t work properly but the employee’s there were very gracious and understanding, explained what went wrong and made sure to get everything correct. No fuss at all by them or myself, so that was great!

I love all the people that work there though there’s this one very rude guy and I believe he wears glasses. There was this one time I came in to order and I do go there most days and i don’t know if he’s naturally like that but he told me to get out and place an order online so i did. My brother got heated too, because of the way he was talking to me, I really hope he wasn’t being racist because when he found out who my brothers were he went very quiet and got scared. We didn’t get our order till my other brother went and after 2 hours.

The guy behind the counter was so unhelpful it was impressive. Terrible attitude but luckily it was only Papa John’s so we just left and went to a different down the street because he was so rude. Completely worthless staff

I ordered late night and my pizza didn’t have extra cheese like I ordered. It even looked like less than the regular amount, and that was the only topping I had smh. Also didn’t receive the pepper I really like, but maybe they don’t give those out anymore.

I ordered a pizza through the Papa John’s app and it wasn’t delivered to me . I understand now to just use DoorDash with this store because I never get my pizza when I order through the app . Called to inform them and he sounds upset like it was my fault the delivery driver didn’t complete the order properly. Hopefully my order arrives .

I ordered a large five topping pizza for pick up. Two of those toppings was cheese, plus sausage and a couple of veggies. My toppings were under the cheese and I thought it would be good. My pizza was not cooked all the way though and I had to throw it in the oven and even after being placed in the oven it still was mush. It was inedible. I was totally unsatisfied and disappointed. I will say that this is the first time this happened and I don’t know what went wrong but I have an idea. Anyway just putting it out there to check the box before leaving the store.

Shout out to the people working today, Saturday Aug 10. Especially the young woman working the register when I arrived. She had grown adults literally yelling in her face and she stayed composed, professional, and rose above the situation. Two guys in the back making all the pizzas. I hope your manager appreciates you!

My food was ready on time, order was correct and everything tasted delicious. Use the app and you won’t have to harass the staff or stand around the waiting area. 4 stars for atmosphere cuz it’s Papa Johns.

Got to the Store, we greet & they said just a second. I was waiting for almost 7 mins when my orders were ready to grab & go. But the lady & the guy were just keep working on their orders. After patiently waiting for a while I asked them again if it’s ready, & the guy seems pissed & said “what’s your name? Here’s ur order” & handed to me ungratefully. The worst (take out) service ever.
