Ordered a pizza for delivery by phone at 5:38pm Tuesday Feb 28 with a delivery time of 30-45 mins. I called again at 630, recorded response stayted they were behind. Same message at 650. At 7pm reached live person who stated they never had an order for me. Ugh. Could've gone someplace else a long time ago. Shame on you Papa Johns.

And that it was either Door Dash or no one to deliver, as they did not have drivers. He offered two options: a redo on the order, which meant I would face the same issue, or a free future pizza. If this is true, it's unfortunate. I live fairly close to the store (via the I-40 interstate), but I certainly don't want to order food from Papa Johns any longer if they cannot deliver it at least hot. Papa Johns: You used to deliver your pizzas hot. You might want to consider changing to a delivery company with quality control, or I predict you're going to lose a lot of business. Good luck.

I wasn't expecting much walking into this establishment, Even so I was taken back by the wretchedness of this place. Workers lacking any enthusiasm and all look like they just want to leave; Not even mentioning the fact that they were making pizza's with no gloves on. Overall just a bad environment they set for this place, Also the food prices are ridiculous, my dessert was $9. I could have and should have just gone to Blaze Pizza, where with $9 I can get a whole pizza.

Google won't allow me to give 0 stars but I would if I could. I love Papa John's. But this one does not deliver the Papa John's pizza I know and love. The last 4 deliveries I have ordered over the last 6 months were not even equal to Little Caesar's hot 'n ready pizzas. Flat, hard, crunchy. Never ordering from here again.I don't leave bad reviews. But after 4 consecutive bad pizzas, I felt it necessary to warn the public.

I order pizza yesterday for dinner. I've been craving pizza all week. I was worried about ordering pizza from Papa John's because, alot of their locations recently did not have good reviews. I was taking a big chance to come to this location while I was so hungry. I picked up the pizza myself to make sure there would be less problems/concerns with my order. The gentleman who took my order and cooked my pizza was polite. He gave me an estimate time of how long it would take. I order the Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust Pizza togo. The pepperoni-stuff crust part tasted good. But the pizza part that is not the crusted had a funny taste. I don't know if Papa John's changed their ingredients. I would give this location another chance and try to order something different. I haven't had Papa John's pizza in three years until now.
