Ordered from here for years with no problem. This time found a completely dead cockroach in the bottom of a garlic butter cup from this store. The cup likely came from somewhere else, but I spoke with the store manager and he lied that I didn't order from this store at all but I have proof I ordered from here and he hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Online order delivered over an hour late. Called the store, was informed that Papa John's isn't responsible for the order being late, it's Doordash's fault and the person who answered the phone acted like I should be glad I'm getting my order at all.

Yesterday on a thursday nite 3 people called out from work. Yet this place is desperate for help. A manager named tasheem left another manager named vanessa (whos coughing as she is preparing food with her bare hands ?) in the store alone with another employee yesterday like for over 30 minutes and it just so happen to get busy and Vanessa was overwhelmed on the phone with her boyfriend thee whole shift as complaining to him looking at us for help. Now I can't speak for the other young man working with me that night however I jumped in to help the best way I could to assist Vanessa. After I helped box and prepare a 16in pizza in a box, some chicken wings, handle drive thru (that needed a manager in regards to their order), answer busy the phone, make boxes as well as other duties in the midst of her being having a hissy fit she tells us to clean up mind you I had already sweep cleaned and disinfect the front end of the store I said to her ma'am I already cleaned up earlier and was supposed to clock out at 9p ended up working till 10p she tells me if I don't want 2 do my job to clock out as I explained to her that wasn't the case so after she raised her voice at me I BARKED BACK AT HER and left the store. I called tasheem to let him know what happened his response yes "just walk away please" after he reappeared back to work after 10p. So with no set schedule today I didn't go in to work I figured I go in for the rest of the weekend so I txt tasheem and he's like we need to talk. I already knew what it was about...Than I was fired. Than to make matters worse tasheem didn't know how to use the new system from HR to set me up with my benefits and etc.,. yet I was able to clock in with my fingerprint so I can be able to get paid bcuz I just missed the weekly pay period today. They talking about I need to come in do my paperwork that yall cudnt figure out. I can't even log into the system...ARE YALL SERIOUS!!! PAY ME FOR THE TIME I WORKED END OF STORY. Im so tired of this INJUSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you parten with a company and you have them handle things for its your responsibility as the seller to make sure your partner hold up there end because this reflects on your company after 2 hours I get my order and the company keep saying they have no control over door dash my food was left out side no knock food was getting cold people want more money for there work and do less I want use papa John for food cause they want to pass the buck. They need to understand it's there images that looks bad

We ordered from this Papa John’s via DoorDash, when our Dasher came to pick up the order they told her a random man had already picked up our order and refused to remake our order. We’re never ordering here again. Horrible customer service!

they handled my cold food well, tried to get their bosses info to leave a good review personally as I am an Assistant Manager at a much better franchise.. and the GM took over and hung up in my face. This store needs new management and, based off these reviews, … quick.

The people working there were fine. Got the job done with courtesy.
The pizza is okay, but does not generate enthusiasm. The sauce is pretty bland... and it's the sauce that makes or breaks a pizza.

Making me wait one + hour for a pizza in the drive thru. Rude and violent staff when asking for the pizza. First and last time coming to any papa jhon. Is the McDonald’s of the pizza, awful place.
