ordered a small pizza and a drink. said the order was going to be delivered by door dash when i ordered it through the stores website. After an hour of nothing showing up i saw that the tracker showed that my order had been cancelled by the door dash driver. When i called the store the told me the pizza is on the way so i waited another 20-30 minutes and nothing. I am currently on the phone while they just let it ring over and over. This papah johns is the absolute worst and I dont even think the owner cares because it has always been bad.

I usually order pizza online but when I tried doing so today, it says that delivery to my address was not available. I drove to the location and there was a sign on the door that I needed to use the drive through. I waited in tge line for over 15 minutes. I got to the window, the guy stated that they are not taking any orders at the moment. He commented and said that he was the only one who was working all morning and the other just got there so they are not taking any orders. I asked him why wasnt there a sign posted which would have prevented me from wasting my time. He began to argue with me and close the windows in my face. This level of service is so unsatisfactory and I will never go back there to spend my money.

Ordered a Large Garlic 5-Cheese pizza with no toppings—it arrived with pepperoni. Called the store; the manager insisted, “I guarantee the pizza was made correctly because I made it,” refusing to acknowledge the mistake while I am looking at the mistake. Went to the store—he blamed “someone” else, offered no apology, and only reluctantly replaced it. Worst, most absurd customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This Papa John has the worst customer service in the world!!!! This is the second and the last time I will ever order from this location. I really thought I was ordering from the Hope Valley location. So this evening I ordered my 3yr old grandson a cheese pizza. I sat here patiently waiting for an extra cheese pizza and it never shows up, so I call and I’m told it’s showing as already being delivered. No Sir! My order has not been delivered! The driver claimed he left it at the door because it was a no contact order which it was not like no contact order actually ended up having to call in and speak with a gentleman because I accidentally put that I was paying cash when I wasn’t paying cash. I was paying with my card. Why would somebody want to steal a cheese pizza? I don’t know, but I won’t be ordering from this location anymore because the last time I ordered from this location, I never received my Papa die and now my three old is sitting here hungry and I ordered pizza over an hour ago, but I’m being treated like I stole a cheese pizza

They had DoorDash deliver and steal my order because they had no drivers. They wanted me to wait to remake my order after already waiting an hour or that they would refund me and I told them no spoke with the manager and told him I needed compensation for my time and tip and that I was coming to pick up my order he denied me any compensation and provided no assistance you loss a good customer I rather the travel to another Papa John’s horrible customer service not to mention my order was $42 for two pizzas with a deal !!!! and eight wings which is outrageous!!!!!anyway.!!!!!! And I have to wait for my refund!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered chicken and Alfredo. The pizza had no chicken, very little sauce and over all was not good. When I called the store a men told me that he “remembered cutting it but he’d just refund it” and then he hung up on me. I wouldn’t lie about missing toppings. I should had looked at the reviews because ordering from this location and I will not order again. I wasted $30 and a hour of my time. I’m adding a picture to show that there is ZERO chicken since the employee implied I was lying.
