First time I've been (had been to the old location years ago), and had the BLT with pimento. I have to say it may have been the best sandwich I've ever had!

This place is a gem. My party ordered four different menu items and flavor and consistency are excellent. You can't go wrong with anything you choose. The store next door is a must for gift items and unique food items.

P&O is such a fun little place to grab breakfast or lunch. The quantities you receive are, in my opinion, are shareable. If you don't want to share, you have enough for another meal. While you wait for your order, you can shop for little gifts for yourself or someone else. There are also many luxury bath items to indulge your senses.

I was obsessed with this shop before I tried the sandwiches and now I’m afraid I’ll be there every day. This place is fantastic. It feels like the kind of store every woman dreams of making. It’s excellent all around and so so fun.

Fun, comfortable, greet meet up spot, easy parking.
This place is everything, all in one. Perfect place to to stop for lunch the pimento BLT is a favorite of mine but they also have great tuna and chicken salads. While you're there - unique and fun gifts to shop, for almost anyone in your life. And after you are done with all that, do not leave without trying one of their truffles (chocolates on the store cashier countertop, not food ordering cashier counter)

Parking: Parking deck right there.

What a delightful mercantile and cafe right by DPAC & DBAP! Eclectic selections of snacks and drinks and grabbed a yummy couple of sandwiches plus a healthy and yummy yogurt parfait for our son before seeing Lion King matinee. Daughter found a good book to read for the trip. What a treat!

I love the beautiful and eclectic decor, gifts, and gourmet food and treats here. The pimiento cheese was fabulous and a great price. It's nice that they have grab and go food for convenience as well as items made fresh to order. This is a special Durham destination surrounded by the beautiful Tobacco Campus. I will definitely be meeting friends here and am putting it on my list for visiting family and friends to experience the best of Durham.

I have loved Parker and Otis for many years. About 3 years ago I became gluten-intolerant and have tried a few times to visit one of our favorite go-to lunch places. Unfortunately, this establishment has not gotten on board with the GF foodie community, which is disappointing. Hint - Most people practicing a GF diet are not Celiac and therefore don't require a certified GF kitchen. It would be so great if you implemented a gluten-friendly menu. Simply offer GF wraps or breads for all of your awesome sandwiches - GF products are so easy to acquire and you could even add a surcharge for the extra cost. This would allow your customers more options than just a salad. I will be happy to change this rating to 5 star if you guys can do more to accommodate your GF customers.
