Peony Asian Bistro

We placed a catering order with Peony for a work meeting for 14 people. We did it through EZ Cater. We are so pleased! Everything was correct, the food was labeled, everyone really enjoyed their selections. Peony even accommodated the special requests that were written in for a couple of the orders. Our order was ready promptly and they automatically included the extra sauces, condiments, crunchy toppings, utensils (including chopsticks), and threw in a couple complimentary half gallons of sweet tea. The staff was so nice, they helped me get everything into my car.

We allowed our staff to choose between the Office Kitchen Lunch and the Office Sushi Lunch - the prices are seriously affordable for such good food and for the generous portion sizes. Our all-in price per person was under $15/pp (that's with food, taxes, tip). We will definitely order from here again and highly recommend it!

Food was fresh and quick!

Peony Asian Bistro has excellent food! While visiting my Aunt we stopped by for lunch. The shrimp Pad Thai, oh my word the chef did his thing on that one!!! EXCELLENT!!! The sushi was so fresh I thought I could taste the sea! Lol 😂 If you’re ever in the Durham/Chapel Hill area you won’t regret stopping by! Bon Appetit!!

Genuinely love Peony. It became one of my favorite restaurants for sushi or Chinese food while living in the triangle. The staff is always so kind and friendly and I’ve never had a bad meal there. Moving out of state now and I’m going to miss it so much :(

Rice tasted like boil in a bag rice, even the fried rice. Server was nice enough but either did not give them my order or the kitchen forgot it. Rushed my plate so I could also eat before family finished but the food just tasted like ketchup chicken and shrimp, while shrimp was chewy and chicken soggy. Wife and son had unflavored hibachi. No drink refills goven/checked on until end of dinner. Reviews gave me hope for a new spot but I'll never go back.

Sushi specifically, is always so much better when it’s not the guy who’s the server , the cashier and the waiter making it ?. Besides that I love this restaurant and have been coming here since 2012!

It has been a tradition for our family to come here for our families birthdays. The food is always amazing, spectacular service, and a fun environment! You will not be disappointed.

This is a small Asian restaurant o\in a strip mall that serves good fresh food and has a friendly . I often stop in when I don't feel like cooking.

I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. I had sushi and steamed pork dumpling. The sushi was good and the steamed pork dumplings were exceptional. Will come back.

The staff here is wonderful. We go with our two young boys and they are always so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to us. The food is delicious and there is variety for everyone. We love going here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
