Two complaints: 1. don’t order online and 2. this place needs better iced coffee lids. Had a pretty disappointing first experience. Placed an online order and arrived 25 minutes later. Asked the lady about our order: “yeah, we got it, it’s not ready.” Continued to wait an additional 15 minutes, watching people place orders and receive their food/drinks before us. Watched the baked goods we had ordered sell out. Finally received our drinks which were spilling all over the place because the lids are too big for the cups (and continued to make a mess in our car). Then the lady tossed one muffin on the counter and then told us she refunded us for the other one because it sold out. Didn’t bother to offer one of the other ones or anything. Very rude frustrating experience for mediocre coffee at best. Some customer service training is definitely needed for that Sunday morning shift, better lids need to be ordered, and the online order processing needs significant improvement.

Ordered an iced chai and coffee to go. Maybe their food is what makes them stand out, but the drinks were just fine. Coffee had an off after-taste, but still edible. I appreciate their vegan options, so I will definitely be back to give those a try.

These folks here are top of the line ordered coffee to go they do have smash waffles I'm not sure exactly what that is but very attentive staff excellent coffee very bright and ready to help people there very positive atmosphere. Would go back again.

This place was awesome! Excellent atmosphere! Plenty of parking! Crowded but service was excellent! They had bakery items they had every kind of coffee you ever want or needed or didn't need! Very professional! Every server wanted to be there extremely happy very cordial, excited to take and deliver your order! What else could you want!

OMG this place is so cute and gorgeously done❤️‼️We stopped here after a doctor's appointment with the kids and everyone loved it! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The atmosphere was like a cute coffee shop that is family friendly. And it was gorgeous on the inside. My son only eats bacon (Autism) for breakfast and they made him a whole plate! ? he was beyond ecstatic! We would definitely visit here again ❤️
Kid-friendliness: My boys loved it here. Wi-Fi was available and my Lil gamers greatly appreciated it ?!
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and I was able to use my rollator/ walker throughout the store with no problems. No automatic door opener, but the door was lightweight steel, so no difficulty getting in.

Love the waffle sandwiches!! They are so stinkin good and such a great value. It’s crazy how delicious!! Mostly happy with the coffee. Usually a specialty latte or cappuccino hits consistently. However, the cold brew isn’t that great and I recently had a hot chai that was so clove heavy that it numbed my mouth as I drank it. Had to toss it. But the waffles keep me coming back!

Got doordash so can’t judge atmosphere but I asked multiple times for no onions or peppers and my burrito came loaded with spicy peppers. I cannot eat spicy food due to a digestive issue so I had to throw it away after spending a good amount of money on it and waiting for delivery.

Stopped in for an afternoon espresso. Saw the can make an affogato, so I went with that. Yum. There is nothing like the sweet coolness of the vanilla ice cream and the hot espresso. The barista was nice and helpful. I will have to come back to try some of the food. I rated only 4 as the indoor seating is VERY limited. There was no one in line, but the indoor seating was occupied. Looks like people come to work on their laptops. I don’t blame them. Cute shop. The outdoor seating is nice, unfortunately it was a hot day so I didn’t linger.
