Disappointing first time visit. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk. It tasted like a weak one-shot latte made with vanilla soy milk, bad enough that I didn’t finish it. Cute atmosphere, nice staff, but I won’t be back.

Waited for 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and iced americano (the easiest drink to make). No complaints with the breakfast sandwich but they did completely forget to make my coffee. When they brought out my food, I told them I was still waiting on my coffee — they started making it then. I’m not sure what type of system they have for drink orders — but it’s not working. As I was waiting, I did see they forgot to make another customers drink as well until they followed up about it. Just frustrating when you see people who ordered after you get their more complicated lattes and matcha drinks. It’s fine, but you may have to remind the barista about your drink order if you’re waiting awhile.

Very disappointed by my first experience here. Walked in and was not greeted by any of the staff, and then waited 5 minutes before I was helped at the counter despite being the only person in line and making eye contact with the baristas behind the bar multiple times (they were just talking and did not acknowledge me until a few minutes of waiting). After ordering, I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my singular beverage despite being 1 of 2 people that had ordered. The baristas were just talking. The coconut matcha drink is okay, watered down with the milk. But would not return based on service alone.

Great coffee and incredibly nice folks. If you go, you have to try the waffle breakfast sandwiches. Kashmiri Chai Tea is on my list to try next time.

Found this cafe right off the highway on a road trip. The açaí bowl on a hot day was delicious! Looks like they have some really cool drinks. If I lived closer I would definitely be coming back!

Went for breakfast. The first round of Americanos were pretty good. We waited 25 minutes for two basic breakfast items, one was an avocado toast, and the other was a burrito wrap. The avocado toast was just one slice of bread, and my husband only ate half of the burrito saying it was just mediocre. People who came into the store after us got their food served ahead of us. On the delayed food, we gave them the benefit of doubt because there were a few people around. We decided to have another coffee and try a waffle. The place was very quiet at this time. After 10 minutes, the waffle arrived. It was no bigger than the size of the palm of a hand. It was drowned in syrup. The coffees did not show up. We inquired about the coffees and told that they would be right out. It was only when I asked when the coffees would arrive that they started making them. This second round of coffees were weak and tasteless. Definitely will not be going back, this place is over hyped. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. You’ll have a better experience anywhere else that serves basic coffee and food items. Pity, the place has potential.

Highly unreliable online ordering system. Orders consistently don’t go through on their end. You show up at the store and then they start working on it. Ends up taking 45 min to an hour for even 2 or 3 items. Food and service is decent if you ignore the terrible online ordering system.
I really enjoyed the place and the service, but my boyfriend and I got black cold brew and a black nitro cold brew and they really tasted off. It might’ve tasted better with milk, but that wasn’t what we were after
I can’t critique the other drinks and might give it a try another time, but I wouldn’t recommend the cold brew options here

Two complaints: 1. don’t order online and 2. this place needs better iced coffee lids. Had a pretty disappointing first experience. Placed an online order and arrived 25 minutes later. Asked the lady about our order: “yeah, we got it, it’s not ready.” Continued to wait an additional 15 minutes, watching people place orders and receive their food/drinks before us. Watched the baked goods we had ordered sell out. Finally received our drinks which were spilling all over the place because the lids are too big for the cups (and continued to make a mess in our car). Then the lady tossed one muffin on the counter and then told us she refunded us for the other one because it sold out. Didn’t bother to offer one of the other ones or anything. Very rude frustrating experience for mediocre coffee at best. Some customer service training is definitely needed for that Sunday morning shift, better lids need to be ordered, and the online order processing needs significant improvement.
